Jenna in lumber was amazing. She worked with me to listen and then cut each piece to help me build customize sign options for my customer. I called three places before Home Depot, I ended up at Home Depot because of her focus on me. I bought three different options because of her. Please recognize her for being a strong retail sales associate with a focus on the customer. She knows her stuff, and listens with curiosity, before taking action.

Very good customer service which is hard to find now a days.

Appliance Department staff was exceptionally helpful. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the stock, and especially the availability of products (I'm writing this review in November, 2020, and COVID-19 has caused supply-chain disruptions).

Service is usually good, but stock is another item. Was missing some DWV fittings I was looking for and there were many other open spaces on the shelves.

This home depot amazing. Seem like friendly faces everywhere. I donot know who is running this particular store. but the atmosphere is friendly and store employees going out of their way to help and their happiness is not fake they really are genuine. Goes a long way people are treated..like a domino effect and this store has it!

The Westerville store has always had limited product because of the small foot print of the facility. Be careful to get all your products when multiple items are suppose to be packaged. Observe that packages are sealed because store employees will return items to racks and place them to be picked first.

The staff are all accomodating!

We love this store and the location. It's always clean and ALWAYS has everything that I, as a homeowner, need. Our last visit was a big purchase, a new patio door replacing our old one. We priced them at different locations/stores and found the best value at Home Depot. Our sales assistant, Guy, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He walked us through the entire process, and we picked out every little option imaginable. It was a big purchase and my wife was nervous/anxious. Guy helped to relieve her anxiety and the whole process was quicker than I thought it would be. Thank you all!

Was in the store for a brief period the other day. New cashier, Julia, is a welcome breath of fresh air! She engages customers, and clearly enjoys helping them. I hope they get more like her.

Cashier made a huge mistake and charged me 1500 on an item. My quantitie was 14 and they have the quantity at 155. Didn’t realized untill I was cashed out since I bought 100 other huge items and had to return to get a refund

Horrible service and very long lines.

Our 11-year old dryer died last evening. F01 error meant electronics control panel failure - estimated minimum repair cost $250.... So, we opted to not put that money into an 11-year old dryer and buy a new one. Went to the Home Depot in Westerville (at Maxtown & State Street). Got Tom B as our salesperson. Tom B answered all our questions to the research we did online at the Home Depot website. He made it so easy for us to make our decision. Tom B got all the paper work for our new dryer very efficiently and speedily. We now just need to wait for delivery day! This is the 4th appliance we've bought there in the last 11 years and have been pleased each time.

Great store with helpful employees; I'm never disappointed.

I purchased a LG washer and dryer from The Home Depot, during their sale for a great price and I'm delighted with them. That being said at the time of installation I did not know that there was enough room to 'stack' them. When I went back to the store, I was told that the contractor company that did the installation would not be able to do this. Instead, I was given a list of 3 of H.D's "Pro Referrals" [whom I was told had been thoroughly vetted] who would contact me [I had to give my email & phone number that I wasn't conformable with]. Well, obviously I went to Angie's list to check them out: one was a painter & maintenance guy with a few questionable reviews ; another had no reviews having just gotten onto Angie's list in May; and the 3rd wasn't listed at all. Needless to say, NONE of them contacted me. After a week, I went on the Pro Referral cite at Home Depot website, put in my info and got 2 of the 3 same folks. I will own the fact that I didn't initially request the appliances be stacked. Nevertheless, HomeDepot really let me down, especially with their so-called Pro Referral. You'd be better off going to Angie's list and calling people directly rather than waiting for the so-called Pros to call you.

This store was clean but the employees were not their to help you. You need to help yourself and might be better to check yourself out unless you want to listen to them talk about stuff they do or want to do. Wasn’t sure if they were going to stop talking and check me out.

very rude and unprofessional employees. No one wants to help and they argue with you on price matching even there own website/competitors. They assume everyone is a thief as well. Just watch shopping here especially if your buying power tools!

Even though there is a much larger Home Depot closer to my home I choose to shop at the Maxtown road location. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, as oppesed to won't make eye contact and turn on their heels if they see a customer who looks like they might have a question. (it's not just Lowes)

One employee passed me twice, looked right at me each time and didn't offer any assistance but went to my wife the next aisle and made sure to ask her if she needed any help. The second employee, Ryan, in Kitchen and bath, couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge I was standing in front of his desk as he typed on his computer. As I was walking out to go to a nearby store that wears blue, Tom stopped and asked me if I needed assistance. He was great and is the only reason I didn't walk out. That being said, I've have too many bad trips to this store to continue shopping there.

I received assistance with a heavy item from Pat and Beth Ann which was very much appreciated. The associates at the Customer Service desk were also helpful and courteous. The store was clean and not terribly crowded at 8:00am. All associates were pleasant and they thanked me for shopping at Home Depot. It was an overall good experience. Thanks to the employees for working during these difficult times.

I shop at this Home Depot quite frequently and am very pleased with the products and service I receive. The store is neat and clean and there is always someone there to help you. I recommend this store to my family and friends.
