We came here to look at options for appliances and found that not only did they have what we were looking for, the employee Kellen was absolutely amazing and just friendly. I believe that he was one major reason for our purchases!

Nathan Champion, the appliance specialist at HD was extremely helpful in guiding me to the best dryer for my budget. Very knowledgeable and funny too. Entire process from walking into store and out took less then 30 minutes. And Home Depot is delivering the dryer in 2 days which is awesome considering all the supply chain issues . Thanks Home Depot!

Staff go out of their way to make sure I get the things I need.

Mark, an employee is so rude and acts put out when he has to help you. He doesn’t listen and gets mad when he makes the mistake. When still being thanked for help he just ignores you!! Don’t recommend this his part of millworks at Home Depot, or at least his service at all!! He does not represent the other nice employees there and shouldn’t deal with customers at all.

If you buy something from Home Depot make sure you keep all your receipts. They no longer offer store credit unless you bring the receipt or have the same credit card you purchased it on.

The Home Depot on 937 N Westridge, St. George, UT has always met my needs whether I'm looking for a small part or a major appliance. The associates have always been helpful and look for getting me the best deals. I would recommend Home Depot on Westridge in St. George for a complete experience!

My husband and I absolutely love this store. The employees are amazing. They are very friendly, greet us when we come in, ask if they can be of help without us even asking or searching for someone. They know where everything is so we don’t waste time running up and down rows to find things. They even thank us for coming in. Returns are a breeze. We’re amazed because we recently moved here from the east coast, and it’s a drastic difference here than there.

We shopped several stores and found the Home Depot in West St George had what we were looking for. The appliance specialist was knowledgeable and gave good service. The prices were also better on the appliances and the installation. The delivery went well and they installed and set up the appliances and made sure they were working before they left.

I was looking for a holiday doormat and Matt looked in two departments, the store back stock, and then called the other store to see if they had it there. He did all of that for a holiday rug. He is the best !!!!

I identified the flooring that I wanted to purchase for my remodel, and when I went to make the purchase, it appeared at first that there was insufficient stock in the store to complete my order. Employees went above and beyond and found the merchandise and I was able to complete my purchase in one trip!

I went into the store looking for a microwave that would replace my dads(he has dementia).It needed to be similar to the one he had and something that was simple to run. I was worried i wouldn't be able to find one...if you know dementia you'll know its important to keep everything the same. The employee listened and helped me find the perfect microwave. Dad is enjoying heating up his cup of coffee again!(which ids pretty much all he uses it for) thankyou

Royal Oak Lump charcoal is the worst brand of lump I have ever used. The largest pieces are no bigger than briquettes. If it wasn't past 8pm when I realized I was out of lump, and the only place open was the home depot, I would never have bought this product. The price of the product is okay but the quality is terrible.

People are always very helpful when asked a question. Usually take us to the department we need.

I always shop at Home Depot, but would really love to win the $5000 for my ongoing projects

My husband and I have always appreciated the West St. George Home Depot. The Garden Shop is wonderful, the store it's self is always neat as a pin. Most of all the employees are always happy, kind, and willing to help in every way. We think the customer service is 100%. It's our Home Depot even though there's another one in the vicinity. Keep up the good work!

I shop at several local home improvement stores. All have really good customer folks. But this Home Depot is consistently a cut above. I've visited this store probably a hundred times in the last 18 months. And have never once had a negative experience. Every employee I've encountered at this store has been friendly, helpful and professional. They make eye contact and smile. And most have a great sense of humor. I always leave feeling better.

The appliance specialists have been very helpful to me and my family. We've needed to replace two washers and a dryer recently and their attitude and prompt help has made a big difference in our experience.
