I searched for water softeners throughout town, and found the Rheem water softener to be the BEST price, and quality.

The employees here are amazing at making me feel comfortable while shopping; not too pushy or trying to up sell too much. Pri always helps me checkout out and helps with my items, very professional, kind women I would say. Best home improvement store by far!

i needed some info and help ,with some storage bins ,was surprised at how well i was helped ,but what really struck me was how well they worked with each other ,was only trying to get an idea of what i needed but after there help ,i bought a bunch of bins .the price was good the help was fantastic ,as of this writing all the stuff fit and i am totally satisfied with this experience

I love Home Depot in general, but this was the BEST experience yet.

This is a great store, and the help are always willing to go the extra mile to see that what you are purchasing takes care of your needs. I am a woman, and sometimes I don't quite how to work the product that I bought. If I ask for help (like threading my weed wacker) , they do it for me. Love it!

Employee Kellen Was so kind and helpful

Kellen provided excellent service & his thorough understanding of the refrigerators helped us make an informed decision. Additionally, we bought the 5 year protection plan based upon his understanding of it's benefit to us! Kellen is a perfect representative of the best Home Depot offers in salesmanship! We would be remiss not to mention Cadence. We came in the day before & she was equally professional. We forgot our measurements & couldn't make a decision. Both we very personable & friendly.

Home Depot is my go to place. I'm probable there 2-3 times a week, esp. when I have a home project going....Which is often....My wife likes to go with me, she will peruse the garden area, while i get my needed items, when she goes with me, we always spend more, but our yard looks dang good, thanks to her. One day I went without her, for just a few quick items, when I got home she said, "You went to Home Depot without me" !!! We had to go back :}

I have been in this store a lot lately, and on several of those visits I have had to deal with the service desk. In every case, the people that helped me were extremely courteous, respectful, and determined to address my situation. I couldn't be happier with the treatment I received there, from the store's Operations Manager on down.

Although the store didn't have what I was looking for, neither did any other store. It's difficult when you decide you want to buy something and you are looking for items that are stocked in between the seasons they are actually available. I'm a little different that way. Planning is everything. Thank you, however, for your kind assistance.

Kellen in appliances was amazing. Buying a fridge was way harder than it should have been and he helped us walk through every color choice and option available. He was easy and honest the entire time. DESERVES A RAISE!

Im to the point, where BECAUSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, I wont shop at the other store! I will drive to the Sunset store, JUST BECAUSE I KNOW I AM GOING TO GET TREATED FAIR, NICE, and FAST! I have had enough nonsense at the Telegraph store and will never go back.

Everyone was SOOO HELPFUL with replacing my 9 year old water heater with a new Water Heater and also for helping me activate the Manufacturer and Home Depot Warranties!!! THANK YOU for ALL your Extra Time and Efforts!!! NOTE: When you make an expensive purchase, I would suggest attaching your receipt and extended warranty (if you purchase one) in a zip lock bag to the appliance! So, if you need it, you have it. (Home Depot only keeps records for 5 years, and my water heater's Manufacturer's Warranty + Extended Warranty was 12 years. Unfortunately I didn't have my original receipt from December, 2013. Home Depot gave me a Warranty Credit on the price of the new Water Heater. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT!!! :)

Shelly and Ryan are the absolute best people to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and extremely kind each and every time! You can't go wrong if these guys are on the job!

If you need cabinets, Dawn at the St George (Sunset) store is your girl. She is awesome and knows her stuff. You won't be disappointed!

I have visited several Home Depot stores but the St. George is by far my favorite. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the shelves are well stocked. We bought a Samsung kitchen appliance package during the Memorial Day sale and I can't wait to receive them. Kellen was super helpful. Will definitely be shopping at this store in the future. Went asked what I needed and was able to get help right away.

Ryan approached me and asked if he could help. He helped me find a great solution to a difficult problem and even my wife is happy!!! I wish all Home Depot reps were like him.

Brandy was great at helping me find the microwave that I wanted, help me pay for it and get it loaded on a cart all while she was on hold on the phone to help another customer. She was amazing!!
