We have been to many Home Depot. This is the best. The workers here are very friendly. They care about customers. Especially Jackie. She is professional and helpful. The environment is great with air condition. We love this Home Depot!

We experienced exceptional customer service today in the Paint Dept and during Checkout with the Cashier at the West Covina Home Depot and wanted to express our appreciation. On a prior occasion a manager in the Plumbing Dept assisted us with contacting the manufacturer of a water heater to authorize a replacement. He was exceptional! In our opinion the West Covina Home Depot ranks 100% out of 100%!

Thank you to Kyle for making my experience a good one. Sometimes its intimidating going to a big Warehouse as a single mother but Kyle made it comfortable and I enjoyed his expertise

The garden section associates went above and beyond to help me make and load my purchases. Products were easy to find, prices clearly marked and the area was clean and organized. Prices were reasonable and the plants are healthy and growing well now that they are home.

It was a blessing to my family that we have a" Great Facility" where we get all our household needs with convenience and reasonable prices.

every time i visit the store when i need assistance, theres no one to help. people appears to be helpful but they are not willing to step up or to be available to assist or to get another colleague to help me out. staff vanish all the time. theres seem to be always not enough staffing all day long. they said they will get back but they never return. everyone is always on their cellphones of some sort. this place need help and evaluation. great location though but its always frustrating to come here when you need help in most stuff. The rest i just dealt it by myself. I can't stand the Solar people in there.

Oh my my my! 3 things....one, I'd just like to say great customer service! I'd like to thank all the employees that helped me with my shopping yesterday. It was busier than usual I must say, but I still got the help I needed and each every one of them were very patient! The gentleman at self service gladly helped me with a question I had even though he looked pretty occupied himself. Right on! And when I came back couple hours later to pick up my santa online purchase ashely at service had the best attitude I've witnessed in a while. I come to this particular Home Depot a lot and I notice few people there are either having a bad day or just plain rude...but this young lady went out of her way and helped me load the heavy item into my car!!! I was waiting for assistance for about 10 min and she then said " I got you no worries" my goodness if that's not great customr service I don't know what is! Love it!
