This store is outstanding for having store clerks who know the department you are shopping. We brought blinds in the flooring department at the store and they knew what to offer us in blinds that would work on our doors and windows. We plan on returning to purchase carpet.

Jeff in appliances was one of the personnel that I wrote about in my survey, very pleased with his performance tonight. Susan was the cashier that took care of my son and I tonight and I can’t remember if I have ever had a more friendly and enjoyable experience while checking out. I have been through a lot of checkout lines in my life but never have I felt so received by a cashier, and she had a mask on to boot ! I couldn’t get our order right waste of gas over an hour drive to bring home the wrong thing in the boxes was told that the new order was placed when it really wasn’t just a big circus or just sad because we’ve always bought from these people we’ve never had the experience that we’ve had this time

Exceptional customer service today from the night stock person named Jim whom helped me with an area rug I was purchasing. He helped to get the rug off the rack and it was partially unwrapped so he asked if I would like to look at it. He unrolled it a ways so I could get a good look at the colors and talked about the rug like he was a salesman and not a stock person. It was beautiful and I decided to purchase this one versus the one I had on the cart. He had to get the price and number for me also because it wasn't on the rug. I took it to pay for it and he came to make sure I was doing ok in the checkout line with not having the actual rug bar code tag. The checkout Lady Shelly was so sweet and it all worked so smoothly. Would recommend this store!
