I have not yet received the product. It should be here next week.

I purchased a few things for my bathroom remodel online. I needed to return some things, I just changed my mind. It was so easy to return, the clerk walked me through how to find my order number and was able to return the product and credit my card back.

This store has the nicest people my wife and I love shopping here everyone is so helpful

Overall customer service is lacking. Also, I don't always want to use a bank card to make my purchases and unless I'm checking out via the garden center when open, it's rare to find an opportunity to use cash in this store.

Nice employees good at their job and they don't complain about having to do it. I will be back for my lumber needs

West Branch Home Depot store is clean with friendly employees. Always find something I wasn't even looking for!

I wanted to purchase a large number of hinges. My home depot app showed they had them in stock. I went to the store and they didn't have the large bundle bag. I was able to buy the double packs for the same price as a bundle. Thank you customer service.

I frequently shop this store and the people are always great to work with.

I love shopping at the West Branch Home Depot because the staff are the most friendly of any HD store I shop. Jessica was extremely helpful and friendly during my return process.

My husband and I drove in from Oscoda. We had quite a few things to purchase for a home improvement project. We were able to find everything we needed thanks to readily available employees! The check out process was easy and fast with the help of a wonderful cashier.

I have always found the West Branch, MI Home Depot employees to be polite, knowledgeable, and helpful which is why I prefer shopping there!

We had to get materials for a whole new roof. The employees that helped us, were amazing. the lumber help desk and cashier at the order desk were wonderful, kind and patient cause of some glitches (scanner wouldn't work) we still had smiles. Good people there.

My husband and I have had a good experience with the West Branch, Michigan store. At times we have had to wait for the flooring rep to arrive in order to verify order and schedule installation, we have been happy for the service. I had previously ordered an appliance and had to reschedule drop off and pickup multiple times. Scheduling for an appliance is challenging.
