I just want to say Thank you to the West Aurora location. As a contractor we visit many different Home Depots and I know when we are not at the West Aurora location because I leave the other stores so frustrated! Lisa is so welcoming to everyone that walks through the door to make sure we all feel like we matter, she also does a great job getting us checked out quickly. Then Greg will do everything in his power to get what we need for an order or to help me find something, even on his lunch break. Charlie does a wonderful job helping me find all my home misc needs and always has great ideas for my jobs....everyone there just really goes above and beyond and should be a lesson to all other Home Depots on how to treat their customers!! Thank you!!!

Had a return and Tricia in customer service was most gracious and Mary in paint helped verify that a tube of caulk was no good. Before leaving I was assured through installation in a store caulk gun that the replacement tube was fine.

Waisted a lot of time picking out a front door and storm door to order. Paid to have someone come out to our home to measure. They never called or came. Went to the store and was told they would call the next morning. They did not. Asked to have the $ reimbursed but after a week it was not. Called the store and asked the mgr to reimburse the fee. He said he would have the associate call me back. 5 minutes later he called my husband. I called back and got stuck in the loop trying to reach the associate, finally got the manager again who then had the associate call me only to be told we need to go in to the store to get our money back. Sad since this store is close and we are remodeling our whole home.

Seems like there is always someone knowledgeable to answer my questions and often, the product(s) I need are there.

Employees are helpful and cheerful. I usually find what I'm looking for easily. If I can't find something, I am sent to the aisle where located or the associate would accompany me.

Very reliable service that has always been accompanied with my home depot experiece everytime. Very thorough and attentive to my needs. Gentleman named Stanley spent over 4 hours with me with a custom front entry door system and that isn't the norm at other places!

The store employees were so nice and helpful! I didnt know where anything was , because it has been a while since I have been to home depot and the staff in the plant department helped me a lot .

One of my favorite things about Home Depot is their customer service. There is generally someone there to greet me and answer questions. This is a huge time saver when I do not know where to look for a product.

This store is easy to find your way around. The signage s good and the lighting is also very good.

From the entrance to the exit, the store representatives were very helpful and friendly. When I entered the store, I grabbed a flower pot that was on sale and made my way to get a shopping cart. The store greeter was right there to grab a cart for me. Then I walked over to the paint section. A store representative asked me if I needed any help in the paint section. I told her about my project and she assisted me with finding the right materials. When I went to the self check out lane the attendant in that area offered to help me scan my merchandise. She didn't have to but I appreciated her help.

We had the very best experience "ever" with Fred in the Appliances Dept. He was P-H-E-N-O-M-E-N-A-L ! We made our purchases (a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dish washer - all stainless steel) because of Fred and returned to this store/ location because of Fred. Home Deopt is lucky to have him!

The store employees are very friendly and helpful, but don’t trust their website for something to be in stock when the web site states they have many. Also they do not carry some types of halogen light bulbs which even surprised the employees. Specifically don’t go there for 120VAC halogen bulbs with straight pins.

They always have what I looking for. They also have some of the nicest & helpful employees. From the person greeting you at the door to the cashiers. Also I love the location of this store. My bank & grocery store are all near by.

Kudos to a young man in customer service who actually gets what customer service is about. Thank you for all your help

They have the best garden center. I love going there just to see the flowers & plants. Where at the end of June and the plants and flowers are beautiful.

Home Depot stores have the best flowers & plants for gardening than anyone else. And the prices are very reasonable.

I'm a 60 year old woman and like to do things around the house. Recently, I wanted to surprise my husband and not only cut the grass, but do the trimming. I was able to get the trimmer started, but didn't know how to get the twine cover off to check if I needed more. Not a problem, took it to Home Depot and they showed me how to open it and gave me what I needed. In and out in record time. This store is the BEST because of the store associates. They don't run away to avoid helping anyone. They are all friendly and helpful!! This store is very clean.

I love this location and have been coming here over 10 years. Simply put, great customer service, always in stock and always quick checkout. What more does one need. In these times when most purchases are online and as a result a lot of stores closing, it's refreshing to know that I will Always receive 100% quality service at this location.

The associate who cut my lumber was simply the best - David is his name - most courteous and detailed associate I have every encountered at a Home Depot. I have been using the cutting services (Panel and Chop) for over 10 years - he is the first person to ever measure twice before he cut and after - very impressed. He was incredibly polite and I will be back to that store if I need further assistance.

I was at this store yesterday morning and was very pleased. I was asked by every employee I encountered if I needed assistance and I have been in stores where it’s hard to find anyone on the floor to assist you. They were all very friendly and a store employee Mike not only assisted me with finding outdoor lights, he also walked me to every area to help me find exactly what I needed. What great customer service thank you

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE. Customer service is outstanding and help with a smile. All the employees are very helpful and go above and beyond to assist you. The store is super clean too.

This West Aurora store definitely beats all their competitors with GREAT associates that are friendly and very helpful! Store is well organized and clean! I always get quick and accurate assistance if I need help in finding a product. Love this store!
