Helpful people who actually seem to like their job! Went to kid's workshops there before covid and everyone was so friendly and kind to the children.

We bought a washing machine a week or so ago, and we dealt with Wesley Kranitz. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We bought the extended warranty and he went through it with us and pointed out the important parts, such as phone numbers, etc., if we have a problem. He offered his future assistance, should we need it. All in all, he was great to work with. We will definitely work with him again in the future.

Tried to order a Delta T3 Fence on line with a gift card. The online order process with gift card does NOT work. However, the team at the West Allis store was very knowledgeable about the on line order process and its failings. Made the purchase successfully in person. Thanks, Taitianna!

Taitianna and Leticia were absolutely amazing and help my husband and I. They went above and beyond what they needed to and made us quite literally jaw drop at the lengths they were willing to go and get us what we needed and make our experience great. I recently made an online purchase and was really impressed when I arrived to the store to pick it up. The locker in the lobby is very convenient to use. The staff is always helpful too. Kudos!

There is road construction along both roads where store is located and I wanted to go to this store so did not let construction stop me from going there. Reps like Leticia caused me to go thru the construction to shop at this store.

Shopping for all new kitchen appliances was a great experience. The sales person was so knowledgeable and polite. Truly a great employee I would recommend him to anyone of my family and friends. He truly help us make decision to buy from Home Depot.

I live in the middle of a triangle of the Waukesha, West Allis (this store) and the Mukwonago store. This store has the least helpful associates of the three. My experiences have ranged from associates telling me they don't have a product (back pack tool bags) which were just around the corner to a cashier opening a register and telling me it was for another customer. I was going to buy an 18 volt Ryobi driver/drill bare tool, but this store didn't receive any. However the Waukesha store has 61 of them. The displays are poorly done. They have 0.080 size string next to the Ryobi trimmers which use a 0.065 string. Another customer was trying to figure out if the string was the right size, and she asked me - I happened to know the answer so she was able to avoid buying the wrong product. I would recommend either of the other two stores over this one. Unless I'm really pressed for time, I will avoid this store.
