Good parking spot and the shopping carts were not all over the parking lot like other places. In store plenty of room on the iales to stroll around with the shopping carts. overall prices are fare. Thank you.

I went looking for a Range Hood and found exactly what I was looking for. Assistance was given to me right away. Excellent costumer service, very friendly staff.

Great customer service!

This store if full of employees that quickly turn around and look the other way when a customer approaches. It's shelves are disorderly, and their products are covered in dirt and dust. I was shopping the outside garden center, back aisles, and those aisles were full of pallets. One pallet, had a loose plastic rope that got tangled around my foot and nearly tripped me over into chicken wire bundles.

I would recommend the home depot from weslaco because when I remodeled my house I waisted about$15000 in it they where always there to help me out in anything else I needed and know that I'm remodeling my kitchen I'm also receiving the same customer service that I had expected to receive from maybe 4 years ago I remodeled my house . And I will still keep on going to weslaco home depot.i highly recommend this store then any other store in the valley.

My shopping experience was great today at Home depot, sales associate was very helpful and patient.

I would not recommed this store at night only because of the parking lights not working.

I love going to Weslaco Home Depot while my husband buys his stuff for his AC I wonder at the Garden Center and especially now for the holidays I love the way they have the Christmas decor.

We had a great day shopping at the Weslaco store. Saved so much on the custom made Windows that we also bought a wash machine. Clean store. Super staff.

Parking lot is usually filled with carts and messy. Parking lot needs work. Pallets are in aisles most of time especially garden center. Employers not very friendly or helpful, especially if your a women.

Good prices and good variety staff is very helpful

I live close to this Home Depot and I love going there to shop. Recently my partner and I purchased three major kitchen appliances. They were properly installed and are working great. Also I received a 24 month bill paying period for the appliances.

The attendant asked for assistance due to two large orders he had beside two or three small ones. A lady was sent and assisted him. One thing that I did not like was that every time the attendant was asked for his original assistant, he will make a belittle remark on his assistant.

Employee help is getting better. I've gone shopping for large and heavy items at times and have had to find an employee to help. If a customer asks for help with such items, can't that employee stay with the customer to help get all the items on the customer's list? Then the employee can help customer load them in their vehicle. Many times you have to wait until someone can help load heavy items to your car.

The floor tile installation went extremely smooth. It took 1 month from start to finish. I read other reviews and expected the process to take longer so I prepared myself to expect a long wait time. I ordered the room measuring online and they showed up on time as the appointment said. I then received a call from The Home Depot to help me with my product order, and to set up an installation. I choose to do that in store. The flooring department guided me through the process smoothly and everything was explained clearly. Some of the products were special order so it took a week to receive them. Once they arrived at the store, I was contacted by the installers to set up a date. Once the dates were set up, the installers finished the job in 1.5 days. It went smoothly and the end product looked excellent. Cons: The online estimate was off by $1500 dollars and there were extra materials left over and wooden rods were ordered which were not needed. I was able to return to left over material for a cash refund and in store credit without any problem.
