Rude employees and long waiting time to get products

Cashier was not very knowledgeable on how to access my military discount on my phone! She hadme try to access it with my phone number. When I could have easily done it on my phone!

I grew up here in Weslaco and have many years coming to this location, I prefer this Store over the other locations, because the employees treat me like if I was family. I am deeply grateful to Leo Calvo for all his great customer service, and this recent visit miss Rachel and Ale made my day much easier, and thats why I keep coming here, and every time I have a great experience shopping at The Home Depot in Weslaco because I feel like home.

The Weslaco location is by far worst off in customer service. Employee's walk on past customers without acknowledgement or hello. Flagged an employee down to help locate a product only to be told they would get someone and waited, only to have to ask another associate for assistance after waiting at least 5-10 minutes with no help.

Went in to purchase a Ryobi trimmer and outdoor water hose.Though, this review is not about my purchase but about the sales cashier that day in garden center, Erica. Very friendly, perky and courteous. Keep up the awesome work Erica!

I bought a water heater and needed help putting it in my truck. Rene and Adrian showed up and showed out! Thanks guys for the excellent customer service. That's why I prefer shopping at the 6577 store. Thanks again!

Not enough in stock, asked for help, waiting over 30 minutes, no one ever came

I bought 2 toilet fixtures today.

I enjoy shopping at our Weslaco Home Depot. The employees are friendly and courteous. The store is always kept clean and neat. I especially enjoy shopping for plants and gardening supplies.

WENT TO THIS STORE IN WESLACO TX, AND I WENT AND GOT AFEW ITEMS AND THEN I WANTED TO BUY A WEEDEATER , I SAW THAT THEY HAD THEM WITH A LOCK AND WENT AND ASK THE FRONT EMPLOYEES , THEY CALLED SOMEONE AND I WAS THERE WAITTING , AND WAITING , AND WAITTING , AND WAITING FOR MORE THAN 1/2 AN HOUR NOT EXAGGERATING. Electric shopping carts are in very poor condition. Batteries don't last long enough to finish a short shopping trip let alone try to look over the whole store. Store air conditioner doesn't come close to keeping up.

I come in rarely- and each time it gets worse.

Andrea was so pleasant during my check out. She asked about my day and smiled during the whole transaction. She seemed like she really cared about my shopping day. It made my day:) its the small things !!

I went in to utilize my mom’s warranty for a water heater, she is 70, so I thought i would help with the process- its busy at noon- Lucero was working the customer service booth with our a smile all that time I was there- finally its my turn- I try to positive engage with her but nothing, mind u, im the customer trying to lighten the mood- maybe its cuz i style a mohawk as my hairstyle, shed decided to be rude- i explained i parked the truck and had the water heater at the lumber yard but i needed the water heater in hand!! made me go back to the lumberyard then back on the return line, 2 total hours just because yall want yo follow ur own process regarding having the items next to u when explained where it was , just wrong!! where is this a policy and where is it posted

The associates working in the AM shift were extremely friendly and patient, they answered every question I had. Went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

Great store, fast service, had what i needed and friendly staff.

I needed help in flooring, the gentleman assisting me was quite helpful.

If you’re looking to rent a machine or even buy something you need, you’ll find it and be helped by the best satff in all Home Depot.

The cashier was friendly and very helpful, when I asked her to change some of the items to the cheaper items , she did not get mad she did so in a friendly manner. Thank you

Went to purchase a water heater and needed assistance loading it to a cart, had to go get someone to help 2 times! Furthermore there was no one to help me load it on my truck.
