great store

a good place to shop with a nice selection of Milwaukee tools!

I have been looking for a new refrigerator and saw one at the Home Depot store in Waynesboro Virginia. After finding the refrigerator at the store,I continued researching it online so, when I arrived at the store again, I knew what I wanted. An employee was waiting on another customer when we saw Barb working on her computer. She quickly asked if she could help us, Barb order the refrigerator and explained everything we needed to know about the warranty and store pickup. Barb was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly we will continue shopping at Home Depot.

Terrible products Terrible customer service

The store personnel were great to work with, but the company that does delivery of appliances was terrible. Order was cancelled the day after delivery was scheduled because of issues with them. This is the second time that someone in my family has had problems with appliance delivery. Spoke to store manager about issues, was told that delivery company was chosen by corporate offices.

I HAVE VERY VERY RARELY HAD ANYONE ASK IF THEY COULD HELP ME. IF YOU LOOK AT THEM ITS LIKE "OH NO THEY ARE GOING TO ASK ME FOR SOMETHING." I ONLY GO HERE WHEN I CAN'T FIND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR IN STOCK AT MY GO TO STORE, WHERE THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Was recently in the market for a tub and was shopping online on the Home Depot website. The store closest to me said product might not be in stock....contact the store to check on availability. Through a mis-transfer, I ended up speaking to someone in the electrical department. Rather than transfer me again he actually walked back to plumbing and helped me with my question. I was able to find the product I was in need of due to his assistance! Five stars for this store!

The Waynesboro Home Depot is the best hardware store in Charlottesville. Too bad it is not in Charlottesville.

Since purchasing our home 3 months ago, we've made many trips for various home projects. Each and every time we visit, the associates are consistently helpful and very friendly.

Dont like self checkout !

The 3 times I have shopped at this Home Depot location have were a pleasant experience. Easy to find merchandise and helpful employees.

I was greeted at the front door by Martha, who made eye contact and shared a beautiful smile. I felt instantly welcomed to the store, which was clean and well organized. I found everything I needed and proceeded to the checkout area. As I approached the checkout area, Dylan was also arriving at the area and mentioned that he could take me at the next register. He asked if I found everything, thanked me for shopping at Home Depot and invited me back to shop again. Great experience!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful here, it is such a pleasant shopping experience compared to other home and garden supply stores.

We're in the midst of a major renovation of our log house. This has required a lot of paint and supplies (ordered often by phone), and numerous colors. Paul, in paint, has helped us over and over again. The paint is always ready for us to pick-up. The store is well-organized and very clean. Great place.

I moved here 18 months ago from Virginia Beach. I have always shopped at The Home Depot when possible because of the excellent customer service the associates there provide. I was so happy to find a similar culture of associates providing exemplary customer service at the Waynesboro store like I was used to in Virginia Beach. The store is always clean and the shelves are stocked well. If I can't find something on my own or with the app, there is always a helpful associate readily available. Rarely do I have to seek an associate out because they are really good about approaching the customers and offering help. They always make eye contact! Thanks for what you guys do!

This store was easy to find. Listed sale items were available. Personnel were extremely helpful and polite. I was in and out in record time. The Ladies were a great team!

The entire experience was great until we got to the checkout. The 2 girls there were in a conversation with each other and indicated that they wanted us to use the self checkout. I asked are there not any cashiers, we have some big stuff. The strawberry redhead said I can take you over here, her light was not on and she seemed unhappy that she had to interrupt her conversation. At the conclusion of the order she said have a nice day with total insincerity, and body language to match. I said to her, I see you really mean that.

Great store with everything that you would be looking for. The Waynesboro store is where we bought all of the paint for our new home and the gentleman that works in that department is an artist in mixing paint.

The associates at this store are always willing to help. If they see you looking lost, they will ask what they can do, rather than walk on by. The store is clean and organized. I often use the homedepot.com to find the location of specific items and they are always in the right spot. Additionally, their prices are competitive and many times better than other retailers.

Employees are friendly, cheerful and very helpful.

The personnel working at the Waynesboro store has always been very helpful, frindley and knowledgeable. Not like other big box stores. I really enjoy shopping there.
