On two occasions in March, I shopped in the lawn and garden section of the Waynesboro location. Both visits I was highly impressed by the associates and two of their managers. Charity helped me both visits and she is just exceptional! Kevin and Sophia(the managers) are top notch! Charity works in lawn and garden and should be an assistant manager! Her team who assisted me on March 19, need to be recognized as well! She knows who they are, please acknowledge them at the store! The customer service desk staff are professional and patient with their customers, thank you all for everything!

I can always find innovative tools and other products at Home Depot and staff who are always willing to help you find what you need

I have been working on a huge project at my house doing most of the work myself the staff at Waynesboro home depot could not be any more helpful. Always helping me load my car, assisting with returns of unused items or when I buy the wrong thing. Always happy to go to and use this store!

This store has the most helpful employees. They seem to be always busy but not too busy to stop and help if you need it! Getting hard to find these days. I hope Home Depot appreciates the Great staff it has!

Most of the experiences at the Wayneboro HD have been positive. I'd prefer a branch closer to Staunton, as we would shop more frequently.

At store, the representatives are available to assist to purchase very well. Some were very knowlegible and able to assist even faster my need. But when it comes to return/exchange, it is very slow. Often I see there several people standing and wait for its approval process.

Home Depot had the shelving I needed to match an existing unit. No other stores even came close. Good inventory, well-marked, easy to find, easy to check out. It made what had been a frustrating shopping trip worthwhile.

I bought two rolling tool carts and on both visits to pick them up, several associates came out to give me a hand loading into my car

Came into the store not greeted, nor asked if we needed any help!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, instead of being on your phones and talking greet customers

Went to this store to purchase a few yard/garden supplies. Store employee o the floor was very helpful, however our cashier, KYLE, was really not interested in anything but talking to his fellow cashiers. Walked very slowly to the register. Asked me three times if I was using my Home Depot account I said yes three times. Rang up the items in my basket but didn’t bag them up. I asked him if he could bag them up and he said yes YOU can. Thought he was the cashier, not me. My bad

I hadn’t been to Home Depot in Waynesboro for years—a 30-40 minute drive. I’m so glad I made the trip. So much better than our local competing big box home improvement store in Charlottesville. Had what I needed and I got top notch help from every department I went to. It’s worth the drive for significant purchases. The employees really take care of you!

We recently bought a refrigerator and much soil and mulch for a new garden. When we had a problem with the refrigerator it was taken care of immediately by very efficient and kind employees. We are happy with the results. Our garden department experience was likewise a better experience than some other stores. The refrigerator and garden supplies were cheaper for the exact same items sold elsewhere. Kudos to Home Depot!

The employees here are eager to please. Unlike my experience at other stores, where employees avoid customers to avoid answering questions or help locate items. Very attentive and friendly.

I like Ridge tools and the quality of the wood

My husband and I love this Home Depot! It’s always extremely clean and orderly, the employees always helpful, engaged, and pleasant, and the management is stellar. Of course, the latter goes without saying, because a store (or any business) is ALWAYS reflective of its head.

Home Depot is my favorite home improvement store. Their sales associates are the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable compared to other stores. I do not shop anywhere else for appliances, custom cabinetry, garden supplies, tools and home repair items.

My last visit to HomeDepot was great! All of the employees were extremely helpful and pleasant. My checkout was extra special. Elise helped me with the checkout and helped me receive my military discount. I’m a disabled veteran and I was happy with my experience. Thank you!

Though a bit far to travel, they are ALWAYS worth the trip! Only for the sake of convenience do I shop at the local home improvement stores.

I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot in Waynesboro, Virginia. The store is always well stocked with wonderful products and the employee staff is so friendly and helpful. I was recently in need of two Christmas trees and was late with my tree shopping. Two employees (Nick and Sophia) came to my rescue and solved my problem, helping me with a floor model tree which they dismantled and a second boxed. Just a wonderful experience.

Purchased a Karan Granite Kitchen Sink there. Patty Harlow was extremely helpful and such a beautiful personality! Also Michael McGiffin was helpful with deciding on garage disposal. Very pleasant and helpful! When we went to pick up Stella was great! Such a beautiful personality and so helpful in getting to the truck and loading it. Everyone in the store in Waynesboro VA is great. Definitely will go back!

This store has an outstanding work environment that translates to a wonderful shopping experience. Feels like a Home Town store. Definitely will continue to shop here as a primary store.
