Seems to have more selections than some other home depot stores

Worst delivery system ever, no one is helpful.I can never find an employee when I need help!

How come the self check out machines they put in for customer service are never working. They are either shut down or if they are working, do not take cash, or will not give change. Either get them working or take them out and put in more registers and clerks.

employees are very helpful particularly in the electrical department. They can always figure out what I need.

A beautifully managed store (so sorry that the "rules" say that I can't mention personnel names so here goes); manager often on the floor training staff or helping customers and setting the tone for other floor personnel; very pleasant greeter; kitchen planner helped me plan amount of countertop I would need for new kitchen; Service Desk lead greets me and trains others; cashier saw me in aisle and said hello using my name after only seeing me two times at check out; tool rental man stayed after his work hours to explain blow-in ceiling insulation; Pro Desk Supervisor and Lead are so knowledgeable and helpful; paint desk folks know what they are doing and do it well; electrical specialist super helpful; their appliance lead seems to be the best in the county. I have brought other persons into this Watsonville store and they agree with me that it is the best on the Central Coast! Nice work and thanks so much!

There was plenty of customer service; everyone was friendly and helpful.

a great store to have in our small city with a with informed staff and always available stock. Do wish the premises outside the store were as well maintained as the store interior; e.g. the parking and landscaped areas are not policed frequently

This store is just down the road from where I live and is very well stocked and with a particularly well informed staff. My one request is that areas around the store be patrolled more often to pick up trash, as the inside of the store is spotless.

this store is well located for our community and fofr me it is but a few minutes walk so I visit it several times a month to shop for advertises and other specials.

Clerk was very helpful, pleasant, professional. She provided help way beyond my expectation. This was a very exceptional transaction. So rare to get service that is both pleasant and competent.

I just purchased a washer/dryer, a microwave/hood, a dishwasher, a kitchen sink, and a pedestal sink. I got great prices on everything. Every item but the kitchen sink was shipped free to my home and the sink was sent to the store for free and then loaded in my truck. Really can't beat that. Super happy with my local HD.

If at all possible my first choice for material is from this Home Depot. The associates are always helpful and very knowledgeable. The PRO DESK is a very good resource for contractors. Carlos, Ramón & Christina are very conscientious of my time and needs as an electrician. Returns with Shirleene at the helm always runs smoothly, Dan in electrical walks with me and let's me know of the new items that have arrived, Rosalba in Garden will always have a smile ready and something funny to say AND last but not least Socorro, she is all over the store and always seems to be there when you need her, all while being pregnant! I guess you can say this Home Depot is filled with Rockstars!!!!! This is one happy electrician. Thank you all.

The mgmt here is great. They charged my rigid batteries as I forgot my charger. What a save!!!

I was hesitant to ask for help thinking I could just walk around and find what I need. However a store employee asked if I needed help and I accepted his help and it made things go a lot faster. As soon as he was done helping me he went to ask others to see how they were doing! Great staff there!!

They carried small bags of succulent/cactus soil, easy to find and a good price. also had a ruffled echoveria!

My task this Saturday morning at 7:30 AM was to pick up electrical supplies for a new build. I had a list of what I needed but no familiarity with the products. I am not an electrician, just a homeowner picking up supplies for the electrician. I was so pleased to see that Dan was on the floor; I knew that I would be getting the very best help from him in sorting out my electrical needs because he has been so helpful in the past. I estimated that it would take me in excess of 2 hours to get everything I needed, but with Dan's close guidance on the best solutions and products and price savings, I was out of there in an hour! My total tag amount was almost $800 for many many pieces. Now you can understand why I said "Yippee!" when I first saw Dan in the Watsonville Home Depot this morning. The best!

I am a real estate investor and spend some time in Watsonville, Home Depot. Edward was great helping me to find a reduced price door and after noting some hidden damage to the merchandise, worked with the manager to give me an additional 10% off. On two of my visits, he appeared to ask if I needed assistance, and both times I did and he was most agreeable and helpful, going out of his way, in my opinion, to help me. The store manager, Amanda Ivy, was also very helpful, assisting the newer clerks in my complicated door and window orders and in helping to unscramble some complicated orders with Milgard. I much prefer the Watsonville HD to the one in Soquel; the staff appear to be more helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable and friendly. I have spoken to other contractors and they also agree. Bravo!

The staff at the Watsonville Home Depot is always kind and helpful. I've found that compared to other Home Depots, its easier to locate a staff person to help. The layout of the store makes it easy to find what I need.

Big store and great selection. Staff is friendly but could be more knowledgeable.

The store is very cluttered as it looks like all the aisles are getting ready for a sale but store is really small to have so much merchandise in the aisles. Hard to navigate with carts. Not enough associates to take care of customers. The Pro loader was not engaged in the process and had no hustle. Still like the store and the products, but the associates need to step it up!

Very clean store. Everything is labeled and easy to find. Help is always available if you are having a hard time to find something.

This is a well stocked store but it is not big enough to stock many items I have looked for. The items are available to order via Hd.Com. However, I like to actually see the item I am considering to purchase so I can evaluate its quality, construction, durability and ease of use, this is something you can not do ordering on line. I have ordered some items from Homedepot.Com that looked great on-line but failed to perform well while in use or wore out prematurely. Had I been able to look at the item in the store I doubt I would have made the purchase.

Simply the best customer service of all the Home Depots I have visited. Did not have to find some to help me they came to me!!!
