Awesome store to shop

I had two carts full of products for a home renovation my husband and I are doing. He was not able to pick up the materials so I went alone to pick it up not realizing that we needed 19 boxes of flooring and a ten pack of base floor molding, paint etc. A lovely woman by the name of CATHY was so helpful in helping me and she got an associate to load up y car.

If you go to this Home Depot, look for Dennis, he works in the department with doors in storm doors. He’s absolutely perfect. He explains everything to you in detail and he’s very funny.

This has been my favorite Home Depot since it was built. The land was once part of my Great-Grandfather's farm and I enjoy visiting the location frequently for my job. The staff is excellent and helpful and the prices are competitive.

As soon as you walk in the cashiers great you with a smile and a hello or good morning. All the employees make sure to assist you to the best of there knowledge or direct you to a employee to great you the best. Best above all would be the Pro Desk always taking the steps to go the extra mile and make sure my customer satisfaction is through the roof. Karen , Becky, & Adam put the home in Home Depot

This organization should hire more individuals to work. I waited in the store for an hour just to get something off the upper rack. I would recommend a friend if they made certain changes

I got great customer service at the service desk and in the electrical department.

I had returned a defective dehumidifier back to customer service on November 6th. They ordered me another one and said it would be delivered on the 12th. Never delivered. So, I went back to the store and they said the order canceled. So, they ordered the same one again and said it would deliver on the 21st. Never delivered. I go back to the store to find out what’s going on and they said the ordered canceled again. They told me they would just refund the money back to my account and told me to order it myself.

I it WONDERFUL to walk in the store and help is right there. The young lady was very helpful to direct me to what I was looking for. Very positive . And she went with me..

Turnersville location Home Depot has the friendliest and most outgoing employees any Home Depot I’ve been too. Highly recommend shopping at this location. Always have what you need or will help you with what store has a particular item your looking for instock somewhere else.

The associates were helpful and I didn't need to walk all over the store looking for help.

I came in at the last minute store was closing and I did not have everything needed for returns this cashier was so understanding and pleasant through the whole process I was so comfortable and happy I had her. I had a ton of stuff to return and she treated me like I just had one thing. Great job. Great job!!!!!!

Went in to replace my water jug for my water fountain at home. I was given a store credit by my father in law to use for checkout. I had never used store credit before as I’m not the type to return things often. I went to self check out and the woman was in a personal phone call and was giving me one word answers. She switched to a FaceTime call in the middle of me talking to her. The store credit scanned with an error code and she pushed me off to customer service saying that the system was having issues. I get to customer service and the woman that helped me there started to question me about how I got my store credit. Her answers were in a tone that made me feel crazy for trying to use this store credit. She never offered any other solutions, just a bland explanation of that they need the ID of who it was issued to. She went so far as to say that “people buy them off the street all the time”. WHAT DIFFERENCE does it make if the money is still coming to your location? Besides the point. I was made to feel like a fraudster when trying to replace a mundane item. Terrible service and won’t be back to this location.

Just wanted to thank Alyssa for a great customer service experience. So often anymore, it seems I run into reps who have zero empathy and don't care to make a minimal effort, let alone the extra one. Alyssa was the opposite of that, willfully creating a memorable experience from an innocuous one. Single-handedly created a repeat customer.

Knew what I needed, knew where to get it, and was in & out in a flash!

I needed a section of 1 1/2" PVC pipe. The store had a good selection of products and Staff was available to help and cut the pipe for me in minutes. Excellent Job!

I bought the grill today. The associates Samsunnesa, Jordan and Irma (cashier) went out of their way to help me purchase the grill.

Everyone was friendly and the girl at the desk Noemi was very prompt in taking customers and was just overall a lovely girl

i bought a ryobi trimmer with a $30 gift card and $100 credit card and was denied an exchange because i used the gift card on a power tool.

The workers seem happier and eager to help. It’s nice to see smiles!

We visited the local home depot on a Friday afternoon. The paint dept was dead. There was a gentleman in the paint dept that went way above and beyond. He was so kind and pleasant. I will definitely be back

Went in to return an order from homedepot.com and Alicia, the front desk clerk actually had me wait about 5 minutes while she finished her popcorn which was being popped at the front door. Amazing Experience. Highly recommend you go to another location.

We are doing a whole house renovation. While we were in isle 42, we met the store manager Tim and Regional manager Bill who were both extremely helpful and assisted us by offering a percentage off of our almost $5k purchase when we asked. When we got up to the front, Kathy the cashier helped us process our transaction with ease. And when we came back to pick up our flooring, Mike, Becky and Joe went out of their way to assist us in loading. Overall an excellent experience!

This store always has product in stock and the SMEs are very helpful
