We recently moved from the Dayton area to this area & have visited many Home Depot stores over past 10+years in the Dayton area. This store by far is friendlier,More knowledgeable More knowledgeable & definitely more customer service oriented than any Dayton store we have shopped. Each and every time I visit the Washington Court House Home Depot the staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

The associates at this store will treat you right! They make sure all of my items are rung up correctly with all the discounts available. I really appreciate their help, courteousness, and support. Please remember to be nice in return. They work hard and do their best to provide great service. I truly appreciate shopping online, going to the store to place my long orders at the desk, and then receiving a courtesy call when everything is ready for pick-up! It’s great service!!!

Ammon Roe was truly an expert in kitchen design and one could tell that he has a lot of attention to detail. i was impressed. My husband told him we will come back to see him when we redo our bathroom. Thank you Ammon.

Becky and Kelly in the appliance department saved the day for us after we experienced a loss of our 16 year old refrigerator on Thanksgiving night. THANK YOU Ladies! You worked so very hard for us and you sealed a deal that we could not have gotten anywhere else. Your calm and every so friendly spirit was just what we needed to see and hear. This store is worth the drive!

Store associates are not very helpful and tend to be very rude. I'd rather drive to Beavercreek for better customer service.

The story was very clean very nice. On my visit I had trouble finding some parts in the plumbing department some fittings and things of that nature I had two employees come and help me and they couldn't find it either I suggest that employees have I'm way to look up stock in either close locations or online and that information be available to the customer to continue their shopping through the home Depot instead of the customer having to go to a different retailer

The associates in appliances and cabinetry went above and beyond today! The associate in appliances was busy with other customers but took the time out to recognize that we were waiting. He communicated to another associate that we needed assistance because he would be awhile. Instead of making us stand and wait, he was proactive and got us help. Patti in cabinetry ended up completing our sale and she was absolutely wonderful! She was very friendly and even though it was an appliance purchase, she did not hesitate to help us. We didn't get the gentleman's name in appliances but he is an example of great customer service! The Dawson's

Very friendly and helpful employees in both the paint department and lawn and garden.

Applied for a Home Depot credit card so we could get a shed. Applied on Wednesday online and got approved. Went in on Saturday 05/23, got the shed and went to checkout. Used my coupon for $100 off with my first credit purchase, showed the cashier my card number and temporary number along with barcode to scan. She told me it would not work, she called credit company and they verified who I was, then hung up. Lady could still not get it to work, so I told her I would pay using my debit card. I asked her if I could split the transaction 2 ways using my card and then my husbands card, and she told me that I could not do that (I had just done it 3 weeks ago at this same HD) she then told me I couldn’t use my coupon anymore. Absolutely horrible experience. I have spent a lot of money at Home Depot since buying my house, and the customer service I got today was unacceptable. I also applied for a HD credit card for no reason apparently because they wouldn’t even accept it.
