Associates seem to be more knowledgeable and helpful than other home improvement stores

Had to special order a window in. Took a month for window to come in, which is understandable. However window came damaged with a scratch, dents and scuffs on it. We had to point it out to them and then it was as if we were an inconvenience. Very poor service and very disappointed with this experience. Most likely won’t order large items (appliances, windows, and such) from here again and instead only use it for small get and go items.
