The overall staff of this Home Depot had a very wide range of experience for various different areas of expertise. Due to this advantage, every time I found myself there for my different projects I was working on, I could easily find someone to guide me into the result I desired.

Employees are very friendly and often offer help without asking. One of the better Home Depots

Don’t go here and expect to be helped loading your large or heavy building material!

Catrina from the Warrenton store took time to design the layout of our new kitchen help us pick cabinets countertops and backsplash as well as her an increase on our credit limit so we could take advantage of the 24 no interest credit card. She was knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to work with us on delivery dates and was patient through the whole process despite the stuffy warm area. She provided detailed information and had it all set to go. The area that she works in was really hot which makes it difficult. Designing, picking out materials and selecting colors etc takes time and the warmer it gets the grumpier people could get. She had a fan but that isn’t enough for her or the customer. The AC above wasn’t working well at all. The overall store was clean but crowded in most all areas. Which I guess leads to more selections. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and responsive to our needs. It was a definite positive experience.

This store is well marked and has kind and helpful employees around every corner.

Always a pleasure to shop here, staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Fantastic staff, lots of smiles and always around when you need to ask a question or need help cutting carpet etc. I never have to hunt around for home Depot person here!

Good if you're looking for construction grade wood and paint. For most other items it's a 50/50 shot if the item is in stock, especially hardware items.

The Store was neat easy to find what you are looking for . Paint associate was very helpful.

Ever since Home Depot opened, I’ve been buying all my gardening materials, paint, plumbing, electrical and appliances. All employees have given me perfect service cheerfully.

The associates at this store are very helpful. The store was clean and neat. The Garden center is starting to get all the plants in, and I cannot wait to come back to purchase from the garden center.

The young lady in the paint dept. was very sweet.

Lori was very helpful not sure if it was her department I approached her entering the store told her what I was looking for and she walked me right to what I was looking for, showed me two different types and explained which one would work best for what i was doing ,

It was hard to find someone who knew where things were. It may have been due to bad weather and employees being out, but it seemed very under staffed. I had to wait a long time to check out.

While shopping in the doors dept. both Ron (via phone) and Chris (at the store) were very helpful.

For any shopping experience in any store, it is the employees that make you want to come back. They must convey the feeling that they enjoy working there and see their role primarily as one of helping you. Employees at the Warrenton Home Depot meet that expectation consistently. It is said that "even a blind squirrel finds a nut now and then." To be successful as a retail establishment, you must find a nut every day. That attitude is inspired by senior management, but it takes conscious and consistent effort. Bravo! I'll be back.

I'm so glad that the Warrenton store delivers to Reva, VA. I had the best experience with their appliance department ordering a stove and microwave over the phone. They were pleasant and patient with me, offering advise, but no pressure.

Normally I do not shop at Home Depot because it is often hard to get knowledgeable help. Warrenton Home Depot is always the exception- great store with well educated and knowledgeable employees. Greeted by excellent person who knew the right sales person for what I needed. The salesperson , Kayla, knew so much about the product category. She quickly and carefully helped me to find the best items for my needs. She thought of issues about which I did not know.

Have shopped here for years will continue to my go to store.

I find it ridiculous that you need a driver's license to refund a product when you have a receipt and the card the purchase was made on.
