Biggest problem besides prices which are ridiculous The aisles are crammed and there is no room to get around in the store.

Almost 8 weeks into a cabinet and granite install project that should have been 4-5 weeks is still incomplete. Trying to get assistance in the Warrenton store is impossible. They require payments up front and then simply don’t care about your business after that. They subcontract installers and trying to get things scheduled with them have been very difficult too. This project has caused much anxiety and frustration. Not sure I will use them in future projects that we have planned.

bought 5 shrubs all marked 50% off. when checking out I asked the cashier if they were all marked down. She said "I think so". When I got the receipt only 3 were marked down. I brought this to her attention and she said there was nothing she could do and I would have to take what I had paid for 1 minute ago to customer service. Customer service then told me it wasn't their department and I'd have to go back to the nursery. Ridiculous! I ended up not buying them at all.

Happy with the customer service and the proactive staff who tell you about specials. Their shelves are well-stocked, unlike some stores in Maryland. We will be back for other materials!

I have been looking for this tomato and vegetable spray for over a month. The online catalog says its in stock. Yet when I get there its empty. I live 7 minutes from my local home depot, but have to go to Manassas to get the items I need. Also the workers at this home depot are uninformed and are most of the time little help. Although they are friendly they just lack the experience in some areas.

I enjoy shopping at this home depot store in Warrenton. great customer service, nice employees willing to help their customers. I certainly recommend this store to everybody. Oh, i can't write this review without mention JoeBob , Pro Department Supervisor. He is a great employee, he will make shopping experience a memorable one.

The warrenton Home Depot has a “can do” spirit and is always buzzing with smiling faces. Given the size of the store, there are often times that you need directions and it’s never difficult to find a willing employee to actually take you To your desired Lane, if need be. My most recent trip was to the garden center where there is always fun music playing. The selection is decent given the space.There’s a cashier named Andrea who I’ve seen there for many years. She’s A quiet presence but be assured that if you have a question she will know the answer or help you get it. She’s got a very nice manner about her and obviously cares a lot about her customers and her job and the store.

By far the best Home Depot that I have visited. The staff are knowledgeable, professionally focused and customer friendly.

Steer Clear. A great deal of the employees refuse to wear masks, violating store policy and the governors mandate. The store manager obviously Knows this and fails to do anything about it.

Store displays kept extremely well. Associates very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous... Always find what I am looking for and travel the extra miles to use this store.

Nice, clean Home Depot with a great selection of items. I love their succulents and house plants. Any employee I’ve spoken with has been friendly and actually able to help, especially Leslie. He’s always there to greet you with a smile and get you checked out quickly.

This store has gone from a place I hated to shop in to a place I enjoy and recommend to others in my community. Not sure what was changed in the last 9 months but it sure has made a big difference. The caliber of employees is better and the store is much better stocked and organized. The isles are not closed off all the time and there are more than one checkout register open and staff to help at self checkout. Honestly it often took longer before to check out than shop, and that was if you could find or get to items you needed. All this has changed, I look forward to shopping at this store now thanks to all the hard work of your staff there. Please keep up the good work.

Fully stocked and easy access to the store. Tiling associates have extensive knowledge of tile and knew where items were stocked. I also like how the parking lot is not full of spilled paint.

At the checkout, I asked where the mulch was and for assistance getting 4 bags. I was told it was in the way back and no help would be given unless I bought 20 bags. I was in a motorized scooter and a Disabled Vet. How do you think I could do that? I left and took my business elsewhere.
