Went to Home Depot after walking out of ABC Warehouse due to high pressure salesman. So glad I did! Johnathan was professional, listened to my requirements and provided excellent customer service on my washer/dryer purchase!

Excellent staff to help, make suggestions, give tips and hints on projects, tell you what problems to avoid on a project. Professionals with great first hand experience. Excellent resource for information and help. Very friendly - not condescending or rude to what you feel might be a "silly" question.

The employees at this store are AWESOME! I will have been living in my home for 50 years on September 3, 2020, and use this Home Depot for everything. I always get top treatment when walking through the doors and no matter what department, everyone is knowledgeable about his/her products and more. I am just elated everytime I leave and NEVER disappointed with the service I get from the beginning to the end when cashing out... You guys are phenomenal!

It is good to be in the land of the living and shopping at the Home Depot again! There are many projects I need to catch up on. It was great to walk the aisles to determine what project should be tackled first. I'm sure what I need and/or a rep will be on hand to assist if I need help.

As I have wrote in the past; This store has an adequate amount of very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable associates throughout the store. As a retired IT employee at one of the big three auto companies in Michigan - I was extremely impressed with the design of the on-line system, in looking up items and also the process if ordering and either having the item shipped or picking it up at the store.

Hands down this is a great store! We always find what we need. The team is so friendly and helpful! I can’t tell you how many times I am asked if I need assistance by an associate. It’s wonderful. I save so much time. They always help me get what I’m looking for and tell me what I may need. Saving me trips to the store again. A great experience all and all!

Door greeter told me 'well, you just need to go to another home depot, were not helping you here' when i was asking about using the automated propane exchange thing. He was very rude and i will got be returning to this location. I did as he suggested and returned everything i bought and will not return.

This is the location closest to our home. We have been loyal Home Depot customers for about 10 years since we have owned a home. My husband even managed Kitchen and Bath at another store for about 5 years. We are still very supportive of the Home Depot as a whole, but will not be returning to this location after a bad experience with an extremely rude manager named Tim. It's unfortunate, the rest of the employees on the floor and cashier were very kind and helpful. But this just left a bad taste for us. We will attend alternate locations nearby instead.

The store is clean and everything or aisles are clearly represented. All store associates are helpful, especially in the paint department.

This location is closest to my home and the #1 home improvement store I shop at on a regular basis, knowledgeable friendly staff, always stocked, and organized for my needs. Keep up the good work.

Home Depot never fails to impress me. I am always able to purchase exactly what I need/want at a reasonable price. The staff makes it easy in answering my questions and always are so helpful with a willingness to help me, especially being a woman. I don't have to worry about lifting or pushing the heavy loads. Super clean! Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. At little far away from my home but the customer service makes it worth the drive.

Crystal in the tool rental section assisted us with a tool rental and told us which areas of the store to locate other items needed. Crystal was excellent. I hope that she is recognized for her efforts to make my trip to home Depot an easy and pleasant experience.

this home depot is the one that I shop at 90% of the time

Getting the job done. I live in Texas, and came up to visit my daughter, who lives in Warrren, MI. While I was here, I discovered that one of her kitchen cabinet shelves was ruined, so, I wanted to get it replaced. This specific size... 16.5" x 22.125" x 0.75". I had a problem... Basically, I was 1400 miles from my home wood shop, so I needed the help of someone willing to cut a custom sized board, There was another home improvement store next to my hotel, so I checked with them first. They don't have a panel saw. No help there... I then visited the Warren Home Depot, where Randy listened carefully to what I was trying to do, and he went above and beyond to help me. He rapidly sourced a plank of sufficient size and thickness, then cut it perfectly to fit, according to my measurements. I walked out of the store feeling immense gratitude for the way he turned what could have been a colossal failure into a resounding success. He was my hero. Thank you, Randy. I truly appreciate your exceptional "can do" attitude. BTW, the shelf fit perfectly. Thanks again, Home Depot, for hiring high quality people and giving them the resources they need to help your customers "get the job done."
