All my products were usable

I was denied the price difference and $5.00 bounty the store must pay under Michigan law. The customer service representative said the law was changed 2 years ago. It was not. I was denied by two store managers as well. I have filed a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General’s Office consumer protection division

I've been shopping at this Home Depot location for more than 10 years. I can honestly say I have never had anything but a positive experience. I have never left without what I came to get.

Kaysie was very knowledgeable and did a great job helping me.

Had a great experience with Crystal, Dan and Henry- thank you for going above and beyond with helping rent, explain how to use & load and unload the wood chipper- Keep up the great customer service- you all rock!

The customer service in this Home Depot is superior. On our most recent trip, we were assisted in the garden area by a young woman named Nikki. She was extremely friendly and helpful.

Stopped in tonite to buy a battery. The line was long & the battery was HEAVY. Someone suggested I could check out quickly in tool rental so I tried but was immediately told by Bernard "We don't do that here. Go get in line out there" as he pointed into the store. I asked "Are you serious?" and he said "Yep. The checkout line is in there." I was definitely surprised, looked at his Apron for his name and he loudly said "IT'S BERNARD!" I've never been disrespected in this store like that and left without buying the battery.

Today at check out. John Willis was phenomenal and had fantastic customer service. He not only went above and beyond with me but he was great with the other customers and made sure to move quickly and efficiently. He is very friendly.

The employees at this store don’t talk to you or try to help you. Especially the cashiers who act like you’re annoying them. Such a same what Home Depot has become.

This store right here is stocked, neat & employee friendly. I’ve been in some hardware stores where employees are standing around talking. It looks very unprofessional. This store not only did the employees greet me but they were very helpful. This store right here is the place to shop when you want to get what you need & out quickly. Cashiers are very efficient to get your order through & you out the door in a timely manner. Love this place.

Some home stores seem to be lacking customer service. This Warren store always has employees eager to help. I don't have to search for someone.

But the flexvolt circular saw was worth every penny. Love it.

Electric riding lawn mower. Right motor blew... took deck in. Very knowledgeable...and courteous. Sent part out. Received back very fast. Great service.

I was having a horrible day and came through the checkout and Deja was such a sweetie, made my day brighter - thanks:-)

The store is neat, clean and I am able to find what I am looking for all the times I go for my projects. All the team of home depot employees are nice and helpful especially in paint and outdoor plants, landscaping and furniture. Thank you.

Poor Customer Service and doesn't like to help the customers with getting items down from the storage shelfs from above even if the Hi-Lo person is in the same aisle.

The employees at the #2702 Warren store are always available to help the customer with there shopping needs. They will also provide cost savings ideas to help the customer save money.

Rude cashier in the next checkout lane. Nearly tripped me twice with another customers cart due to the cashier being to impatient to wait 20 seconds for my order to finish and me to move my cart out of the way. Instead the cashier pushes my cart away from me and my checkout lane. Blocks me in with another customer he then crams in between me and the exit. As I go to walk around them, he swings for no reason the other customers cart between my legs and I had to step up over the cart and products hanging off the cart. Cashier did not bother to apologize, I assume because he was in such a hurry to get his customer through.

ASSOCIATE KENAH HELPED ME OUT IN TOOLS ENDED UP BUYING A NEW HAMMER DRILL BECAUSE OF HER KNOWLEDGE THIS STORE BETTER HANG ONTO HER SHE IS A ASSET TO THE STORE VERY HELPFUL

I would not waste your time at rental area if you need blown in for a house, Dan or Don will tell you, you dont need insulation in the walls. I guess people that build stoves and fridgerators didnt get that memo... I WOULD NOT EVEN WASTE TIME EVER AGAIN AT WARREN DEPOT FOR RENTALS. THE CLOWN IN THE RENTAL AREA WILL TELL YOU , YOU DONT NEED INSULATION IN YOUR WALLS.. Good thing he was never a engineer.

Nice Home Depot. This is my preferred one to shop at.

employees are interested in helping you vs just doing their job

this store #2702 is a pig sty, garbage blowing into the store from outside, carts, pallets and display's clutter the entrance/exit there was not enough room to push a cart of plywood out the door and waited for the cashiers (standing around) called for someone to come and move things out of the way so myself and several customers could exit the store. even the not doing anything employee's had to be asked to move in order to exit, they acted like I was disturbing their conversation. How rude of me
