Have been shopping for a refrigerator for weeks, had been in the store several times but today I finally found what I need thanks to an amazing sales associate Kaylynn! She was beyond helpful, went beyond what most have done in the past to help me with my needs. She was patient, courteous and extremely helpful.

I was over excited getting my husband a Father's Day gift and the guys there made sure I git exactly what I came there for and went to check out and got excited even more with the price of the purchase! The customer service was awesome! Kudos Warner Robins crew!

The older blonde lady in the garden center is a real GEM

TRACEY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE MANAGER ON DUTY WAS NO HELP AT ALL AND RUDE

Sylvetta was so nice and helpful. She granted me with a smile from the moment I walked into the store. Honestly some others at customer service she take note as one in particular whose extremely rude and was snappy on the phone when I called with a question. But Sylvetta saved the day with a winning personality. Thank you again. Will only have her help me from now one.

Tracey was our Customer Service rep. I was unsure how to order all the items and make sure I used the Home Depot Credit Card to maximize all the benefits and discounts. She walked me through each step, and even contacted the Credit Card Customer service department over the phone to make sure i received the appropriate rewards. All while being the most pleasant, upbeat, associate I could have ever asked for. Thank you Tracey for making my experience with home depot the best it could be.

I received an item that was damaged and these guys went over and above and beyond to make sure that I got a replacement item and took really good care of me and made me feel feel like a special and valued customer!

Needs a refresher on customer service skills and a good cleaning inside and out

Tried to use the Homedepot app to get my Military Discount the they make you us now but they have no and i mean no service inside the store what so ever.

I have been a nuisance returning items for a bathroom renovation. A lot of tedious returns including multiple receipts, two payment methods, and individual tiles, etc. Kim has helped me on numerous trips and made everything effortless. She is always friendly and competent.

I have had to make several trips to building supplies stores and Home Depot had the most helpful employees and best customer service out of the three different places I had to go to today.

Ms. Jayza went out of her way to assist a veteran with checking out at the register and informing me to finish registration for pre-approval for automatic military authorization through the homedepot site.

Ordered online and store personnel were very helpful.

The only thing that I would have different about this store is I would move it to Hwy 96. The staff, the store.... everything about it says WELCOME. Customer service is a TOP priority for me and I notice it when it isn't there. This store has it in truck loads.

Haven't been by HomeDepot for awhile. Stopped in the Watson store today and was impressed at how well the shelves were stocked, inventory well organized and the overall cleanliness of the store.

If you are in the market for any major appliances seek out Rebecca in that department. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in our purchase of a new refrigerator. Every associate that my husband and I encountered from the time we entered until we exited were friendly and helpful. Clean store and an associate was not hard to find for assistance.
