This Home Depot has amazing customer service.

Self checkout is the best here. Keeps shoppers moving but readily available to engage if anyone stumbles. At a time where workers are scarce, operations like this keep shoppers taken care of - happy.

Since we purchased our home in September 2021 we have made several changes and Home Depot is our go-to spot for getting whatever we need! Stock is great and so are the associates. Our latest purchase of a gas range was great due to the help Frank provided!

Kristie and Shawna are both very valuable to this store! They both worked together to make sure I found exactly what I wanted! And the best part is I didn’t have to ask them for help they saw that I was struggling to find what I needed and they approached me and asked if I needed help! Both of them deserve recognition for their customer service and hard work! Thanks to the both of them for being awesome!

Charles in the key department was an absolute joy and so very helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He restored my faith in customer service because I had just a had an awful experience at their competitor across the street. I was also greeted by a very nice young lady at the customer service desk and that was the beginning of an EXCELLENT customer service experience! Keep up the great work.

Asked for info on Christmas decor that was $249 only one on display waisted around never got an answer back checked out went back to ask if they heard anything store not busy at all interrupted their sweeping still no answer!

Great store on central GA

I really like this store, especially the staff in the wood and tool dept. They are always friendly and helpful in locating things I am not familiar with. The garden center REALLY NEEDS more staff knowledgeable about the plants you sell. I gave 4 stars because I really do like trying to call this store. It takes to long to get someone to answer, or I get transferred to the wrong dept quite often. They really could use someone that only answers the phone. Overall, I usually find what I need in this store. It really saves me from running all over town.

My husband and I went in the store this evening to purchase paint that is a brand specific to Home Depot. Ordinarily we shop a competitor store for most home improvement needs but had to get this particular type of paint for a project. I was concerned we would not be able to match it even though I had a picture of the lid from the paint we were matching it to. The gentleman working the paint department was so very helpful and explained how the paint could be matched exactly from the information on the lid and that the label would even tell him the TYPE of paint that was used (chalk paint). I asked if I needed to go get the paint and bring it to him (which has been the case at the competitor store that I normally frequent). He balked at the idea of that, "No ma'am. Absolutely not". He was very attentive, friendly, pleasant and well informed of what he was doing and just a general joy to chat with as we discussed a previous paint related issue we'd had at the competitor store weeks earlier (spent an hour trying to get ONE gallon of paint mixed). This led him to mention that he'd only been in the paint dept for a few weeks which is why on his apron it said "garden" under his name Ray as he'd been in the garden dept. We laughed at his comment that "Everyone thinks my name is "Ray Garden". lol. Long story short, it was a pleasant experience just to be running in grabbing a quart of paint

We were looking at freezers online and went into the store to try to get a better feel for the different ones. Although the freezer we purchased was not in stock, Noah was very helpful getting the information we needed and helped us decide on the proper size. Definitely recommend this store.
