Went to browse for a generator and Nicole and Mack were outstanding! I had no intentions to purchase if it wasn't for their knowledge and persistence. Extremely impressed with these two as other stores employees did not match their energy.

I really like this location. The workers seems to be particularly helpful most of the time. The lady who works floor is super knowledgable and super friendly and willing to talk through all the details to a proper installation. I literally go to that store no matter what when considering a new floor. The young kid in plumbing is also very knowledgable and helpful. I Really like this location.

This store is consistently clean, organized, well stocked with an employee culture of friendly and helpful assistance. They simply cannot do enough for customers which reflects positively on management. Although I cannot say anything bad about any HD stores, this one keeps me returning and away from competition across the street where their poor service chased me away.

My husband and I were in the store shopping for items for a project. We really weren't sure exactly what we needed. An employee named Desi came over to see if we needed help and he not only got us everything we needed but also told us exactly how to go about the repair. We had to go back to the store the following week for some more items and he recognized us. He asked how everything went and told him the issue we ran into. He proceeded to once again pick out what we needed and explained how to finish the job. Best customer service I have ever had!

Kim in flooring was great with me , she helped me order my floor. She is a very nice person, and also very knowledgeable in her department. Thank you for a great experience Kim.

The best Home Depot I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot. Store associates are always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. If they don’t know something they will find out instead of giving someone the wrong information. Will definitely be going back.

Great customer service. Always some to assist you if you need it, without having to wait around for them to be paged/called and then show up. Had someone immediately see I needed help, and not only helped me, but tried to save me money also!

Why would anyone want to shop for home improvement items, parts, wood products, tools, parts for almost anything anywhere else. If someone can not find something a courteous associate is always willing to help. After finding what I needed the staff was friendly at the beginnging to the time i was leaving the store. I was impressed with the selection with the service and most of all the friendly people who work at Home Depot

From the greeter to the checkout clerk, every staff member we crossed paths with was more than helpful. Definitely best experience I’ve had at a home improvement store! Knowledgeable, prompt and attentive staff!!

I have frequented this store for many years and have always found products to be of fine quality and employees personable and accommodating.

Horrible customer service even at 7:00 am when the store was not busy.

This is a store that more people should visit. Not only the pro shoppers but homeowners and renters who have an issue about home or work that requires something from a super store like Home Depot. This Wallinford store with employees like: Thelma, Bob, Joe, Ed, Jose, Donna,Frank, Patricia, just to name a few are the caretakers of average people like me who volunteer to help people in the community with home issues.
