STORE IS GOOD SOMETHIMES, THE ONE IN MIDDELTOWN IS MUCH BETTER.

As always the store was meticulously clean and the employees made themselves available. Over the years, We have purchased flooring, appliances, outdoor grills and lawn care products and the list goes on. Thank you Home Depot for being in our neighborhood.

Great customer service, if you need anything just look for Don.

Home Depot is our "go to" store for everything, from remodeling, gardening, hardware, tools . .. you name it! Major products were easy to find, the employees were helpful and the customer service was great.

I asked for assistance and Debbie Y. was very helpful.

Store generally well-stocked. Lots of impolite, indifferent, unknowledgable employees who pretend they are knowledgable. A few employees are very knowledgable, but rude and brusque. Others are agreeable, but flighty and dont know where stuff is, and dont want to admit this, and go to look where you just were to tell you what you already know; friendly,but bad service, in other words. Store very clean, and organized, signage good, and I generally find what im looking for, alone, with no help.

It is a great store. I love the prices.

Great service, selection and prices, and easy access

The associate, Kim, was extremely helpful and patient with me when helping me choose 2 window treatments. I wasn't completely sure what I wanted when I went, but she took her time with me, not rushing me at all. She kept bringing me books to look at. She gave me some great suggestions too. It was an extremely enjoyable experience and I walked out with 2 window treatments that I love.

I received poor customer service from a sales cashier associate named AnnMarie as a military service member. She looked at my DOD badge and didn’t believe I work there. She doesn’t bother to thank you for your service. Annmarie was snarky and had a rude attitude.

We had a great experience at this Home Depot Frank In plumbing went above and beyond to help us and Annmarie the cashier was nice and funny. She also found a way to save us some money. The store was neat and clean. Overall a great experience

Disappointing that there are no regular registers open. The people I complained to were "snarky" about it and did not seem to care. There are good disabled veterans who could use a job and this would be perfect for them

Store is always clean, employees are always eager to help. If it's something they dont carry in store always willing to assist in finding the merchandise online at homedepot.com. Never long lines at checkout anywhere in store. I pass over 2 store that are closer to me to shop in wallingford. Big Thumbs Up to the Wallingford Home Depot for great shopping experiences.

You have a super employee working in the 06492 store carpeting dept. Very knowledgeable and dedicated to please.

I found most of the items easily but when I was looking for other items, Cindy my cashier pointed me to the correct isle where I was quickly able to find the two products I was interested in. The area was neat and clean and I was Impressed.When I was going to my vehicle with all the heavy items, Mike an outside helper was quick to help me load all my purchases into my vehicle.

Why would anyone shop else where for top rated supplies when this store continually provides these supplies and backs everything up with associates who help one find what is needed and gets you through the cashout and to your vehicle if needed. That is total service This store was clean and prepared for me to shop. The staff was friendly and quick ti respond to my needs.

The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. I found just what I was looking for and found other items I needed as well that I didn't realizes they carried for example of plethora of cleaning supplies.
