I have been to many Home Depot stores in Florida, California, and Georgia, and the associates in this stores are tops!! They are always available to assist their customers and they do it so positively and attentively!! The Corporate should have associates from other Home Depot train here!

Thais P. helped me with finding a washer/dryer set for my 90 year old mother. She was working on something else in her area when I arrived, but when I asked if anyone was working in appliances, she very quickly said "I'll be glad to help you". She went through several sets with me, checking the availability on each and giving me options on delivery times. She was very positive and professional making sure to explain everything in detail. What an awesome store representative! Rhonda was the cashier and she was friendly, positive and very helpful.

I am 77 years old and live by myself. I needed 7 bags of Cyprus Mulch but my Hyundai Hatchback was too small to carry that many bags. Matthew, one of your employees, kindly said that he would deliver them to my house. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated his kindness. This is why I will always shop at Home Depot. Thank you

Manager, Sean, went above and beyond and personally helped me purchase a grill and all accessories! Even loaded it in my car for me. I am older and really appreciated his help! Great service! What a great employee!

I had a fantastic experience buying our new refrigerator. we love this store and Miss Thais Pena went above and beyond to get us our refrigerator. She was most helpful. could not have bought it without her vast knowledge helping us.

This store is clean and well-organized. The associates are friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed at the number of customers not wearing masks. I stopped counting when I got to 12. There are signs at the entrance, requiring masks. Enforce your posted rules for the safety of all.

This store has the friendliest people providing customer care. The store is always in perfect shape and they care about being careful during this pandemic. I love this particular store more than some of the others that I have visited.

My delivery of a new gas oven/stove was delivered on time, per our written agreement,6 days ago. However, two adult men could NOT successfully disconnect my current flex hose feeding our gas line to my current oven, due to (his words) “your flex hose was connected to your gas line with a glue-like-substance making it dangerous for us to safely disconnect the current flex hose”. I was told “I don’t know WHO you’d call to fix this, maybe a plumber”. 10 minutes after they left, and without removing my old oven (which they moved outside) per my agreement) I managed to spray WD40 on this connection and easily disconnected my old flex hose. Six days later, I’m STILL waiting on Home Depot to reschedule our installation & removal of old oven. Turns out an employee was calling a non-primary listed phone number to reschedule. My 9:00 am verbal message today trying to reach their rep this morning went like this: “he won’t be in til 09:30”, and after leaving MY phone #, no one returned my call. At 11:00 am I called again, and actually spoke to the designated rep, who admitted having called a NON PRIMARY contact #. I was then told he’d immediately contact their delivery/install group, and that I’d be contacted ASAP. It is now practically 12:00 noon and I haven’t had a returned call as of yet, I have not had an oven to use for the past six days, and have both ovens parked in my garage.Thank GOD for Uber-eats.

Really enjoyed the experience at the store. Daniel R. was super helpful and nice. He offered other options when you all didn’t have the item I usually get.
