I have never been a big fan of "big box" stores, but the other day at the West Nyack Home Depot, the salesperson, Devon and the cashier, Debra went way out of their way to be helpful. They knew their jobs, and did them well.

The associate, Michael, at the door/windows, was very helpful and patient.

Clean and helpful employees

When and if you visit, be sure to use Nilasia when you are checking out. Perhaps she was just having a great day, but it is often difficult to find someone who is courteous and considerate when checking out.

One cashier that stood out was nilasia she was a breath of fresh air I was late to work and she asked the other shoppers on the line could I be rung up first they agreed I was out in less than 5 min great job to nilasia I got to work on time with minutes to spare

I love the West Nyack Home Depot because it's huge and is very well stocked. But more importantly the people who work there are all very nice, informative and available to help in every department.

The staff are very friendly but the store is poorly staffed and wasn't able to get someone to cut a piece of wood for me for over 45 minutes. Luckily Luzel was able to help. If it had not been for him, I would still be waiting there.

Employees are very helpful and this Home Depot is organized and well stocked. In and out with what you need or the info to get what you need to get the job done.

No connection to the palisades center which makes this location pretty useless. Not as big as a selection as Lowe’s. The cashier was very kind

Good store but very weird how it’s not connected to the mall. Staff inside is nice. Leon and Joslin was very good help. Cool people. Just need to have way to get to the mall I don’t wanna walk on the road to get to the store

West Nyack store is terrific! always well stocked and operated by knowledgeable staff. I know the store quite well and the employees always know where to direct me for my purchases.

I enjoy shopping at this store. Nice staff clean and small store. They should have store access to the mall. Also outside mulch department is very organized and clean for a home dspot.

West Nyack store is TOPS!

Been using this store since it was built, it is a very busy store but most workers are very helpful. They could use an additional cash register open when its busy. I like the self serve registers when its very busy. I would own and use a Home Depot Credit Card if the APR was lower!!

On 4/11/18 I went to the Home Depot store in West Nyack New York. From entering to exiting you’re treated kindly and with respect. There’s always someone there to help you instead of pointing a finger sending you elsewhere to look for your items as it has happened to me in the past at other Home Depot stores. I highly recommend this store. I have a Home Depot two minutes from my home but would rather drive 30 minutes to come to the one in W Nyack. Wonderful people and amazing customer service. JH

The Home Depot is one of my go to stores when I run my errands, they have everything you need from cleaning supplies to drills. I would love for the store to have access to the mall making my errands much faster to run. Cashier Timara went out and beyond and did an amazing job. I love seeing friendly faces when I walk into the store. Anderson in the wood cutting center is also a great associate and both employees should get rewarded for their great service. I cannot get this at Lowe’s! Always great service from this store.
