This store is awesome, the people that work there make it a pleasure. Everyone is helpful and is so nice. They work with you and make you feel that they care how things are going to work in your house. I feel very welcomed in this store.

Employee ARMAH most definitely one of a kind, from checking on us from time to time to making sure we found each and every one of our trees ( 15 we bought ) to making sure we had everything we needed as well as seeing if there was anything else we needed. By far the best experience at a Home Depot. Will definitely be coming back and looking for ARMAH.

I went into the store without a clue/knowledge of drills. I wanted to purchase one as a gift for my husband. Nilasia was so amazing. Her product knowledge was out of this world. She was attentive, polite and made me feel like a customer and not a sale. She helped me understand what there was to know about each product I was interested in, both the pros and cons. Because of her I purchase the best drill costing $499 and my husband loves it. I will be returning to West Nyack home Depot thanks to Nilasia and her amazing customer service!!

Had a very favorable experience and tips from the staff that helped me with my bathroom sink and other purchases.

Hands down the staff are so much more competent and helpful then my local store in Spring Valley NY. It's nice for example that when you visit the plumbing aisle you actually have someone that KNOWS plumbing. After all, Home Depot is supposed to cater to it's core customer the do it yourselfer (DIY)

This store has very friendly staff members and the store was very clean. And I found the products very easily.

Home Depots in general are easy to navigate and find products. The West Nyack store has very accurate inventory records as well, which comes in handy when I order in advance or am locating a home improvement store with the product I need.

This is one of my favorite HD locations. The Garden center is nice (could use a little more space in the plant isle). The employees are consistently helpful and very friendly. I also like the music in the store. Makes for a fun shopping experience :)

I HAD A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE IN THIS STORE.

Ron in plumbing, as always, is super knowledgeable and very helpful. When I have a plumbing project, I drive further to HD than competitor because of him. Anderson in Lumber is good and one associate in Electrical is pretty good too. KEEP GOOD PEOPLE!

Clean Store with helpful employees who want to see you happy.

The West Nyack Home Depot is clean, efficient, well stocked and staffed with a helpful and knowledgeable staff. I know because I am there several times a week.

The least friendly, and laziest Home Depot staff in the country. Try to avoid this store if possible

My entire shopping experience was pleasant from the moment I turned into the ample parking area and until I left it. The staff was eager to help in a very polite and professional manner. They are also very knowledgeable. The store is easy to navigate, very clean, well stocked, well lit. This location stands out from all other stores of its kind. I found all that I came for in less time and with great prices. The HD representative named Nalini at the self-checkout station was especially helpful. After spilling several items and coins, Nalini was right there to pick up everything off the floor. She also gave me much needed help during my checkout process. I felt important and special.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's well stocked and the items are easy to find. Parking is easy and it was a quick in and out!

This branch is better than some of the other branches. Products are organized & usually in the correct location and not tampered with by the customers - especially when compared to the Nanuet branch. Checkout people often friendly and helpful

Yes I found what I was looking for . Yes got assistance. Store was clean. Employee were friendly and helpful.

I am in and out of this store on average 3 times a day purchasing items for my company etc. Although I know the store like the back of my hand, Patrick the manager always seems to be there when I have something odd I'm looking for. On the front end , Debbie , always seems to keep an eye out for me and does her best to get me out in a timely manner and always with a smile. Makes my world a little brighter.

Was able to obtain an employee who could explain the product (Lawn Mower), help me find it and help me put it in my wagon. Product was available in the store and reasonably priced.

They need employees to seek out customers in need of help. I don't want to look for them.

Best Home Depot in all of NY!

They really stepped it up and re-arranged the store all around. Everything looks like it should, neat and in order. The self checkout employee “Carmen” was so nice and really helped me scan each item. She was great!

Associate were great and cashiers were friendly .
