Store is not what it used to be. Everything you need will be out of stock. If it is in stock, the product will most likely be damaged. Shelves are disorganized, most items are in the wrong place. If it's in overstock above, good luck getting help. You will get a lot of "it's not my department" excuses. This is what a store looks like before they close it down.

Store is always well stocked and always easy to find some one to help

This is the best of the Home Depot in the DFW area. Yasmin is a cashier and will brighten your day. She is a blessing.

Great service from Lance D in buying a refrigerator. This guy knows his stuff and we were very satisfied with the whole experience.

Emma, the cashier, was very helpful and made me feel welcome... friendly smile... I liked that.... also found a special item I had called other places to locate and found it here... I called and they only had one and the Doug in plumbing put it up for me and personally handed it to me when I came in, he had it in his apron.... good guy.

The store was clean and organized, but I had a some difficulty checking out. I am overall pleased though with the service. Every employee I interacted with was very friendly.

Maria at the register is very polite and always willing to help.

location is the only reason I go to this store. I do not like the self service registers and they only keep 1 cashier readily available at customer service checkout.

More friendly staff and getting stock for needs

We love this Home Depot!!! We are there usually (at least) once a week because we are renovating our house. The employees are helpful and always willing to get what you need. I love that they don't just "point" to where I need to go, they go WITH me (I'm not as savvy on what I'm looking for sometimes when I'm there!). We LOVE this Home Depot!

Solid customer service and the few employees on the floor tonight actually were proactive with a willingness to assist. Haven't seen that for at least 5 years.

Home Depots are generally pretty good. This store is one of the best I've seen. It is clean, well organized, and the employees are very knowledgeable, friendly, and very very helpful. Recently I have been buying quite a bit of lumber for a home improvement project. The quality and prices are excellent (Much better than other local competitors). Employees have been very helpful in cutting sheets of plywood for me and helping carry it out to my pickup. Great People!

As a contractor I am in Home Depots all over town. This store does well. Its hard with turnover but there are handful of folks like Lauren who can answer anything and special order doors, Lisa and the new girl Lauren in returns, Lance in appliances but all over and there are others I know their faces who are always helpful. The guy in paint and young girl are well trained and extremely helpful along with the other lady who offered to have paint delivered to my jobsites for me. I see the turnover and the issues with labor as an employer myself but this store is clean and run pretty well. Jim in Rental has been here forever and I go in just to say hi and ask questions about any tool or how to fix something. Yasmin the checkout lady puts a smile on my face. I remember when she started, I look forward to seeing her and thanking me for shopping Home Depot, EVERY TIME I am there. I have gone back in store 5 minutes later and forgot something and she says it again as if I am new customer. She is consistently polite and friendly. She is so nice , I just want to grab her and hug her one day. I come here to do my special orders. There is one guy in particular in this store, Lauren in doors and windows who knows his stuff and to the point.

Self checkout system is so good! Makes me want to shop at HD even more...

I had almost given up when Amber, the new plumbing department head, who is VERY knowledgeable readily helped me find among the various Compression/MIP/FIP brass adapters/couplings which were necessary to plumb my garden fountain.

The shift to ALL self checkout is absurd & makes me want to shop elsewhere. The fact that I am doing the job of Home Depot employees for same price is insane. The current setup is stupid & infuriating. You still have checkout employees who now stand around & wait for problems. And it is even more angering when you do have a problem. Employee comes over & handles it, then hands you back the scanner to finish all your items yourself. It’s crap & will have me shopping elsewhere whenever feasible.
