The quantity and quality of the wood and various plywoods, mdf, and lumber are great. I drive 20 minutes to get to this location for their selections. Doesn't seem like a lot unless you knew there was a HD 5 minutes from my house.

In my line of work, I spend a lot of time and money at Home Depot Every once and a while there is a problem that needs to be resolved Employees like "Allie" in customer service are few and far between I feel fortunate that she was at the customer service desk and could help me I know the difference between good and bad employees ... ...and Allie was exceptional

Returns were straight forward and the staff was helpful in finding the stuff.

My Home Depot was busy and only one cashier was on duty. But he made everyone feel so good no one minded the wait. He took personal interest in the purchases and his smile could melt an iceberg. The young man that put my bricks into my car was also great and very careful. What a great shopping experience.

The Home Depot on Custer Road McKinney is my "go-to place". They always have what I'm looking for, friendly/helpful staff and quick checkouts.

The store carries several products. The staff is friendly and professional; as well as knowledgeable about the products. There are ongoing in-store discounts. Home Depot costs are less than most major stores because of its discounts. Great quality and brand products at affordable prices!!!

Wonderful customer service

Went in to exchange a Ryobi lawnmower for the self-propelled version. Tracy at customer service was super helpful in finding the box, since none were stacked under the display. She also went ahead and applied a one-time discount that I had on the original purchase since I was doing an exchange. Whole transaction was over in 10 minutes. Excellent customer service!

I remodeled two rental units in McKinney using almost exclusively the Custer Store. Siding, Roofing, tile, windows, flooring , cabinets, paint supplies and two sets of appliances. One stop shopping. After I retired at 63 I started a small remodeling company. My retirement was short lived as we now have two crews working all over the Dallas Metroplex. Without Home Depot our little business would not be possible. Today I’m beginning a complete remodel on my own home here in McKinney. Thank You Richard R.

EXCELLENT customer service!!! Especially Dylan at the customer service desk and Jeremiah in gardening. Both were extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous!!! They worked with us to get exactly what we needed and loaded onto the truck. We drove over 100 miles round trip and will do it again to shop here! Thank you guys!!

The service by employees inside was a 5 star! Store had everything I needed too.

This will be our store of choice from now on. Had lumber cut on Sunday and the young gentleman was awesome. Helped me find all of the supplies I needed and cut the lumber perfectly. We have several stores near by but great customer service so we will be making this our preferred store from now on!

The employee, Sheila in the door department was excellent. Sheila is very knowledgeable.

Overall, its close to my house but its difficult to find help when you needed. Most often I have to walk around for awhile to find someone and that someone has to ask someone else. Need more visible and knowledgeable staffs PLEASE.

My recent shopping experience at this Home Depot store was delightful. Two associates (Michelle and Judy) made my shopping experience pleasant and successful.

I love my neighborhood Home Depot store as it provides easy access to items I need. Employees are almost always very friendly and helpful. The store is well-organized and kept clean.

Jordan and Monica are the store managers at this location. They went above and beyond what I expected to help resolve a vender issue I had. I recommend shopping at this location to always know that you are important to them and that they have your back if needed.

Karen at the service desk was very helpful with my online purchase.

Would suggest if you plan on renting any equipment, make sure you allow at least 30-45 minutes to rent and at least the same to return the equipment. Don’t try to call them on the phone because they will not answer. It took me almost 45 minutes for us to finalize our rental. When I was returning the skid steer I called three times to let them know I would be 30 minutes late returning. The operator who, I finally was transferred to after trying three times to call with no answer, said she would give them the message. When I arrived he said no one had communicated the lateness with him. He agreed to waive the fee and attempted to do so but due to the amount he had to get assistance. This took art least 20 minutes and it was done wrong three times. Finally I said I need to leave and pick up my son from basketball since it is 730pm and he has been waiting outside for 30 min. I asked how much it would be and he said right at 350.00. Then I get my e receipt and it was for 489.08. Not a good experience.

Cashiers, the ones that can still be found, seem uninterested and disgruntled while doing there job.
