My shopping experiences at Home Depot are always pleasant and the prices are generally competitive.

Bought some solar lights for my new remodeled deck. They work great.

Great help from Rick and Sam in the lumber department and Scott in the rental department and I would definitely go back to that store again!

As I am uncomfortable going anywhere in public due to covid, I very much appreciated quickly getting to the employee that could help me and take care of all my needs promptly.

Although this store, employees and management are admirable, my last shopping experience could have been better. To be fair, it had little to do with the associates. It was poor product visibility and location. I needed Sevin insect product concentrate. In the section of yard chemicals, there were three choices; powder, ready to use spray and garden hose sprayer. I wanted the concentrate to mix myself. Asked two associates and was told, that was all they had. I settled for the garden hose sprayer and then fill my gallon spray unit. While walking in the garden section 20’ away, I came across a side stack display with the Sevin concentrate I wanted. Made the switch and very happy I got what I came for. After working retail for your competitor, as an employee, this was nothing new to me. My suggestion is to keep all related product together. It’s easier for the customer as well as the associates. The two I spoke with thought what I originally saw was all they had. Bottom line; there was plenty of what I came to purchase. Had I not stumbled upon the outside display rack, I’d have had to settle for what I’d rather not have purchased. The product was easy to mix and use. My Japanese beetle eaten tree is now bug free. Hope management makes more an effort to keep products together and easy for customers to find exactly what they’re looking for. Still like the store and will continue as a loyal customer.

This Home Depot consistently provides very good service and carries good products. Returns and adjustments are easy and fast. Thank you!

Being a landlord I have shopped at Home Depot for at least 8 years. What's nice is as often as I shop there some of the sales people recognize me as they have helped me times before. Therefore, they must like their job as they are friendly and helpful.

Need to have knowledgeable employees in each department. We should not have to search for help.

Store is dark, customer service is lacking, employees swearing loudly around customers, store is almost unshopable. Needed tools out of stock, over flow of stock blocking aisles, aisles blocked off.

The store was clean and convenient, however, it was the only retail outlet for the item I wanted to purchase in my area, so I had to go there on 6/10/21 at 3:00 pm. It might be ok as long as you don't have to deal with the customer service supervisor. The item wasn't stocked so I had to place an order, with the help of a wonderful and polite employee. I'm withholding her name because I don't want to speak for her and get her involved in this mess (will call her Sam). The order was tricky so she asked for help from another customer service employee who must have been a supervisor. That other person was rude, condescending, and very arrogant to "Sam". I felt badly for the other employees who have to work for/with her and nearby customers watched and listened in disbelief too. She should absolutely not be working anywhere where she has contact with customers or other team employees. This is not the first time I've had to deal with this person and she is a definite reason for me to shop elsewhere. She is costing you money and your reputation.

Just ask for Rick, he knows where everything is and how to use it!

Absolute incompetence by XPO the freight company hire to deliver. HD employees stated MANY customers are angry with the delivery company. HD people were great doing what they could but XPO employs a strategy to completely ignore contact with HD and customers. FIRE THEM!

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. They have a wide variety of items and the store was well maintained and clean. When the item I was looking for was not on the shelf, they were able to find the last one in the back. The staff helped transport and load the folding picnic table into my vehicle.

The store was wonderful, extremely well organized, with outstanding, over achieving staff! Loved it! Would highly recommend it to anyone who needs to do home improvement or grab any tools or material for the job site!

Great Home Depot. The staff know right where everything is at (which can be half the battle in these big stores! Lol) the cashiers were personable. Plenty of products on the shelves and we found everything we were looking for. Will be back!

People are always very helpful here at this store, they are friendly and I have never had anyone act like they are going out of their way to help me. We love Home Depot also for the military discount that they give us. Store is clean and organized and usually very easy to locate items in. We always feel welcome here!

This Store has Good people

We were very disappointed with the lack of organization of the store as the product we were looking for was located in the “no home” section. It took much longer and any more accommodates than it ever should have to locate this product.

The nursery has good selection of plants and gardening supply. It is easy to find what we were looking for. The price is good. The cashier, Izet, is very friendly and helpful.

Jeff, Alex and Patrick were extremely helpful in assisting us locate the Lifetime kids picnic table we wanted for Mother's Day. It wasn't easy, and their skill and patience was very much appreciated. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
