Ridiculous treatment over a simple $10 exchange. Customer service rep would make a better interrogator, instead of Customer Service Rep. Would benefit her to venture out behind the booth and get to know her regular customers that are there daily, instead of being accuser, judge and jury. Hard to believe all that $ spent on getting customers into your store, and you lose one for just a 10 buck exchange. Just remember, for every one who takes the time to complain, there are several others who do not. Terrible reflection on a store.

The representatives were knowledgeable in the products available and not being familiar with vinyl planks I needed advice and direction without being pushy. I found that there. I've used home depot for my projects before and I am always satisfied.

Employees always friendly, welling to help, know where everything is located.

Wonderful service in finding what I needed!

I had only a few items and did not seek help from the clerks as I did not need their help. But, the cashier Maria was very friendly, took the cost of the items while in the cart, and made me aware of a discount that I did not know about. I am 88 years old and greatly appreciated the way that Maria dealt with me.

We needed to paint the outside of our house and also put in artificial grass. We went to this Home Depot store to see if they do that. Though they themselves do not paint or put in grass, Home Depot provided names of persons and companies that they work together with. Their referrals were wonderful. We had both our outside house painted and artificial grass installed. Both companies were very professional and did an outstanding job. We were so grateful to Home Depot for their integral part in making these large jobs so easy.

I am handicapped and needed a electric cart, an employee moved the carts in the front cause they were on charge and got me a cart in the back that was fully charged

Employees are not friendly and the overall service sucks.

Carlos was very helpful. He helped me get some items from the garden center. Showed me where some items that I was looking for were located. Robie helped me put the things in my car, very nice. The gentleman in the plumbing dept. asked me questions and gave me suggestions what to do. Overall everyone was very nice and helpful. I shopped late at night, around 9 p.m. so it wasn't so hectic and everyone was helpful. Love shopping at this store.

All of the Home Depot employees at this location go way beyond my expectations and are so professional and pleasant always!! They make me feel very important everytime!! I love this Home Depot!

The store was very clean. Every employee greeted us. We were professionally helped with our shopping for a new toilet and checkout was a breeze.

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP! THE ASSOCIATES ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

I went to the paint department several times to exchange color paints. At every time the employee was willing to help me to figure our right color paint. He was excellent employee because he has a lot of patience and more than glad to help me out to get right color paint.

I went in to the store about eight p.m. Friday night March 8th looking to purchase a Pygmy Date Palm to plant Saturday morning. I approached an employee named Chris and asked for help. Chris stopped what he was doing and helped me for a good 15 minutes. He answered all of my questions and got me a big cart for the Palm I wanted to buy. He also helped me to get the correct planting soil. I never hesitate to give feedback when I am unhappy. Its a pleasure to share a good experience. Thanks to Chris I am a really happy customer.

Worst service we have ever had at a Home Depot. Will most definitely not go to this particular store again!

I can always find helpful sales assistants at this store as well as the products I need. I love buying all my fertilizer, flowers, plants, etc. here as there is much to choose from. It is like a friendly neighborhood hardware store that has everything and more that I need. My wife also loves many of the departments such as lighting and appliances. We have purchased many things over the years at this store. We have a home here that we spend the winters in and this store is perfect for all our needs.

Go out of your way to shop here. Very helpful employees throughout the store. Great experience.
