This particular home depot store always strives to take care of the customer. The store is always in good order and the employees care about the customers. We have stayed with this store for years as a result of good management and cleanliness.

This store is very clean and everyone is trying to make you feel safe; all of the employees are adhering to proper PPEs and social distancing. In addition, what sets this store apart is exceptional customer service, much much better than other HD stores in the area. I live in Encinitas and still choose to drive 5 extra miles to go to HD store on Melrose, as I know that I will always be treated with respect and that I will always be able to receive assistance when I need.

Employees very helpful. I so appreciate that the employee loaded big potting soil bags for me. Saved my back !! Very helpful and knowledgeable about where things are --so as to direct me and save time. Appreciate that !

Good location, great parking, store is always clean and well stocked. Employees are courteous, polite, knowledgeable and are willing to do that extra effort to get an answer to satisfy your question. They make you feel like a valued customer. It wouldn’t hurt to send other HD store’s employees over to #1074 Vista for training in CUSTOMER SERVICE.

There are 4 Home Depot’s in the area. Vista #1074 was the only one with the product I needed in stock. I purchased all they had so sadly they too are now out of stock. Store was clean, I was asked at least 4 times if I needed help. Everyone was in masks, employees and customers, also practicing social distancing. I have to go a greater distance to shop at 1074 but they always seem to have what I need, good parking and excellent customer service. One more thing, the bathrooms are clean AND there is TP in each stall..novel idea!

Home Depot on Melrose in Vista was extremely helpful to us in purchasing and getting rebate on The Nest. We are very appreciative of their employee who went above and beyond to help us.

Very easy to get in & out of this store- like the friendly & helpful staff- cashier Sophia should be Cashier of the Week, she was very helpful, quick to check me out & get me on my way-I like that this store has trailer parking, & its usually available, people who dont have trailers dont park there- I like this store-

The Vista Home Depot does nail it. The workers are all trying to help, not trying to hide. Plenty of lumber carts available inside the store where you need them, not in the parking lot. The cashiers are all anxious to help check you out and on your way. The cashiers are always pleasant and helpful. I recently was helped by a cashier named Ivy. She was kind, helpful and gentile with the items that I was buying as she scanned them for me. I felt like she did a really good job and she would likely do a good job even if no one was watching. This is why I choose to shop at 1074.

Johnny in the Rental department was the most patient and accommodating employee I have ever worked with. I had numerous issues with a rental and helped me the entire time. Best customer service I have ever had

I know when I shop at this location I can rely on getting help if I need it.

I travel to Home Depot’s all across Southern California on a weekly basis. This store is by Far one of the best locations. Clean, Efficient, organized, Best Parking lot!! The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly

The store employees were very friendly and helpful. Although I mostly go to the Encinitas store, since I was close to the Vista store, I decided to stop there for my shopping. I was impressed, as it appeared to be cleaner than the Encinitas store, and the plants in the garden section looked fresher and better taken care of than the Encinitas store. I think will go to the Vista store again, even tho it is a bit further.

Scott in the garden department is extremely helpful and on my last two visits has gone far out of his way (and department) to help me find what I was looking for to complete my projects.

You have to double check your bag when doing curbside pickup. They don't care enough to do it here for you.

Carol - cashier - was super friendly and helpful! Even after prior customer was Rude to her she kept a smile and was professsional. She Gave me my military discount - no one had ever asked before at their store!

Consistently get outstanding service at this location (not always the case at other HD locations!). Employees usually available and able to help and typically do so as if it is their job to serve the customer (some concept!). A well-managed operation.

This store is clean and most of the time I can find someone to help me find what I am looking for. Natasha at the return/ online pick up area has always been very help with my orders. She is very knowledgeable and quick to help with the lines.
