Don’t return something at night because customer service is bad

Always helpful. If we ask a rep a question about finding something and he doesn’t work in the section, he either calls for help or he looks with us. We appreciate these folks and whoever is doing the hiring!

Bought new lock& deadbolt set.figured u only get two keys so anemployee stopped to help and I'd better get two more keys made cause there is 4 of us.well he opened box and it had 4 keys.good locket it's called THE DEFENDER.

My Return wasnt as rough bec like always, I have my receipt, and not presenting my debit card wasnt not a big deal! Unlike all other stores! They judge me right away!

Because Joanne (jo) was extremely helpful and informative. When we entered we had a bad experience with a blonde female manager. She was very rude and unprofessional. Jo made the experience extremely convenient and will continue to shop at this location because of people like her.

The Home Depot in Vista is a great location to shop.....less congestion in the store. For the most part the more mature customer service people are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have shopped at many Home Depot locations. This was absolutely the best experience ever! They helped me find what I needed answered all my questions and took the time to even assembling the item for me in the store. And they even helped load it in my car.Clearly above and beyond what I would have expected.

They often have what we need.

Every time we go into this HOMEDEPOT location in Vista, the employees are always friendly and very helpful. Two other locations in Oceanside, which are closer to our home, it is hard getting an employee to help us.

Jeff P helped me by cutting 2 electric conduit pipes for me, asking the store manager for permission. I'm a senior with moderated arthritis in my hands and wouldn't have been able to cut them myself with a hack saw without causing myself to injure my hands. I can't afford to pay someone to do this for me. It really made my day that he went out of his way to help me and do this for me. I am low income and needed the pipes to make curtain rods. thank you so much Jeff.

Scott was a huge help loading heavy step stones onto my cart and then my car.

I come with my dad and we always find what we need

I've always had a great experience at this store. If you get a chance to be helped by Jeremy you're in for a treat. Very helpful and great attitude. Always nice to work with folks that care deeply about what they do and are committed to the customer having a positive experience

I love to go into Home Depot and buy plants - and just look at all the beautiful plants there. Unfortunately, I live in an apartment with a rather small patio, so I can't really buy as many as I would like. But it's still fun looking.

This Home Depot‘s always great. The store's clean and associates are friendly. Richard in appliances a so knowledgable. Tara at customer service went above and beyond to help us receive a product replacement. We would definitely recommend this Home Depot.

Your employee Nate in the pro perks area is absolutely superb. We’re having all sorts of pro perks issues and it wasn’t due to just you not having cell phone repeaters installed in your store and no Internet. Since I finally pulled up my account because I went outside to pull it up and came back in. But then the pin numbers change and all sorts of craziness. Nate took it upon himself, and owned the situation and remedied it. You don’t get that everywhere! That’s hard to find in an employee.

Always happy and know that I will find what I am looking for at our Vista Home Depot and the employees are always very helpful.

Tony, in lumber, went the "extra mile" in exactly cutting several pieces of lumber that I bought. He also directed me to two other shopping areas

I shopped at the Home Depot on Melrose Place in Vista three times in three days - you know, Christmas lights and a tree. Each time the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They were not short and stressed like so many other cashiers at other stores this time of year.

Xerius at this location is the best employee! He went above and beyond in helping us on our shopping trip. Definitely recommend this location!
