Michelle at the service desk is the best.

This Home Depot is always clean and everyone there working is helpful and friendly. They always have what I am looking for and at a better price than other home improvement stores.

I would like to commend Donna Pagano. She was extremely helpful from the moment I entered the store. I originally called & spoke w/her. she mentioned coming to the store to see exactly what I needed. I needed an 18" dishwasher. She found some dishwashers in the computer. She advised me on the best brand to buy. I had a few questions as to how to operate certain things. She explained everything perfectly and was so extremely helpful! She also mentioned that if the dishwasher goes on sale the next day, she would let me know. I really appreciate that because I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income. Immediately the next day she called me & gave me a store credit because it had gone on sale. She was very friendly and so caring & helpful! I greatly appreciate it! In my opinion she is an excellent employee!

It was a pleasure doing business with Home Depot. I exchanged a propane gas tank in less than 10 minutes. What efficiency!

Staff are friendly, the aisles are kept clean.

KC helped me out BIG this weekend! Customer service desk was a bit busy and she came out of nowhere after helping a customer and jumped right in to help out. I needed to do a return, pick-up, and purchase! She even attempted to help me apply for a credit card. Even though it was busy, my transactions didn’t seem rushed and she genuinely took her time to do her job and answer my questions. She searched for a product to tell me the exact location so I don’t have to go looking for it. I will definitely be back to this store, I’m closer to Oxford Valley but for service like that and patience, I will now shop at this location. Very pleased to have met a young pleasant lady with patience in today’s world.

I like the locations of the material that it makes it very easy to find everything you need for you home projects. If you need something in the aisle were employees are feeding the shelves, they will will not expose you to danger but will assist you through what your seeking and even help you place them on your cart.

Every time we come into the store we never leave empty-handed. All the employees there are very helpful and ambitious and we appreciate that!

The workers Tom, Dylan, Ciar and Cory were very professional and helpful in me finding the product that I needed and helping me put the product in the car and the sales cashier Cheyanne was amazing in not only helping me but did more in helping me find the product in the store. Thanks to all of these employees!!!!!!!!!

The cashiers doing there job were amazing. The supervisors not so much I watched an employee degrade another employee in a disrespectful manor while I was there. To say she was rude is an understatement. Rude to me rude to my wife and rude to the cashier.

The customer service desk was amazing! 630am in the morning and you can always count on Jen and KC to be there to greet you and help you out with anything. Even check you out so you don’t have to walk to the front of the store

Donna P. was very helpful in the Appliance area of the store. We appreciated her honest opinion and the fact that she was very knowledegable about the different kitchen appliances that we were looking at.

The staff are always very friendly, willing to assist. I am always able to find the items on my list every time that I visit. The store is always clean, well lite.

My experience with Tullytown/ Levittown Home Depot has been very positive. Recently purchasing flooring for my home with paperwork in hand from my professional installer. It was made easier because of the woman in flooring. She helped me a month before the installment (a week before Thanksgiving). I purchased the floor in October! My install was delayed due to COVID19. The Tullytown floor female clerk (It was her birthday). She knew how to find all the supplies my professional floor team needed. I am so grateful for her knowledge and skill! Also Donna P. she was very helpful the other night when I ordered a new dishwasher! Thank you Donna P. Also other's have been helpful! The man who loaded my flooring into my car. The customer service team. The cashiers are also pleasant and helpful.

extremely helpful; everyone has a genuine love for their jobs and they just exude happiness even in a busy and stressful environment. the employees expertise is 5 star no matter the aisle you go down. the store is clean and well organized. one thing that really stands out to me at this home depot is that the employees remember you when you return and ask about projects and things you work on.

The employees that I came in contact with were very congenial, The employee Jim in the hardware department was very friendly and accommodating.

The customer service I get here is the best compared to other stores. Assistance is offered but I am not hounded by them. I continue to shop there.

The store is always clean and organized. I ordered my kitchen cabinets with the help of kitchen designer Heba Enaas. She was very knowledgeable and navigated the computer software like an expert. She gave me good advise on my design and was very patient. I would recommend her to friends and family.

Home Depot is close to my house. I usually find everything that I need. Associates are there to help you when you needed it, courteous and friendly.
