Thank you so much to Kasie. She really went out of her way. She was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. She asked me if I needed help and she really helped! She doesn’t even work in plumbing! I see her all over the store and she is always so kind and always helping someone! I mean I see her in multiple places and she really is helping someone (frequent shopper here lol) You need more employees like her! Great job to her boss. Will be back to use my Pro Xtra and possibly that credit card this summer!

A wonderful employee took me right to my item and suggested another size for my pipe insulation

I purchased a new washer and dryer in Jan. 2023, the c.s.r, Donna P was awesome!

Staci and Brandon are a great asset to Home Depot. I will forever be grateful of their help and kindness, because I was a total storm walking into that location and they were heaven sent.

The man that assisted me and my husband cutting my wood, Marty, was completely rude. He shouted at me “move” and I wasn’t even in the way of anything. I told him I would move if he asked me politely, then he rolled his eyes at me. I understand that I am a woman shopping in a home improvement store… But I have never experienced this level of sexism in my life. This store should be ashamed of themselves for hiring this man.

My first visit to this store. But it won't be my last. Small enough to be personal for a brick and morter chain store, but large enough to have just what I wanted. Friendly staff. Reminiscent of the old time neighborhood hardware store. I will be back.

Jennie at customer service is amazing and very knowledgeable. Friendly and pleasant. Best shopping experience for a long time.

Louise the cashier was friendly and efficient. Bill in electrical was attentive, guided me to my items and since I did not have a cart he carried it to checkout. Love the service!

No problem what so ever

I bought a lawn mower online and had it delivered to my house. As I tried to put it together, I noticed that handle on the mower was bent (had to be bent in the factory BEFORE it was shipped). Now it will take at least a week or more to get everything resolved. Really not happy!

We bought a new dishwasher today, we have never done that, Donna P was very helpful and made it so easy. We love going to this store.

I have options to buy things in other places but this particular depot and all the depot are really good

Ryan Ransom was so helpful! The only other thing that he could have done would be to come out and install the lights

I live about 1/2 hour away from the Home Depot in Tullytown, but I enjoy shopping at this location, as they always seem to have what I need for my business or for my home. Today, I received wonderful customer care from DJ, a Home Depot Associate, he helped me so much. Also, I needed help locating other items and there was always a Home Depot Associate available who was helpful and courteous to me. It was a wonderful Sunday morning at Tullytown Home Depot!

Everyone I talked to in the store was friendly and helpful despite me being there just before close on Christmas Eve.

So far, so good with the product. Plus the delivery date was moved up so I could get the product quicker AND the store sent two nice men to the house to install the product the very next day after purchase.

so greatful for the Employees and Management _was having a HUGE issue with Samsung to get item delivered. _by the time it was done , five Employees and two Managers assisted over four unfilled deilvery dates from Samsung [ Finally they told manager they 'samsung' LOST our appliance. _this store stepped up canceled order, and that day sold us the floor model and helped get it delivered, and the old taken out of house.

I had to get two lighting fixtures and paint. I had the most amazing experience as a woman of an age. I will admit I had no idea where to start. There is a wonderful young man at this store, Hunter, who made the whole experience painless, efficient and dare I say fun. Thank you.
