A big shout out to Madeline for assisting me in the purchase of the plastic wall HDX cabinet which was not restocked and decided to purchase the floor model. She unbolted the cabinet from its shelf and offered a discount since it was a floor display.

Employees worked hard to satisfy me during this unusual purchase experience

Isaiah is a superb Home Depot employee he voluntarily approached me to help load up 35 roman stacks bricks on my truck. Highly appreciative and made my trip easy

Between 7-7:30 PM Dario and another individual whose his first day on the job were very helpful and assisted me to be able to purchase some lumber and cut to fit in my vehicle. I commend them for a job well done, good customer service.

AWFUL! I couldn’t get help if my life depended on it! Then when I finally found someone to help me he was rude and argumentative! I knew exactly what I was looking for as I bought the wrong size prior. He tried telling me that the exact item that I needed to return, was the one I was looking for. His entire attitude was as if I was inconveniencing him by asking for his help! All through the store all I heard 2 different employees say is “Well, I’m going on break!” No wonder every single employee I tried to ask for help acted as if they couldn’t hear me or would run and hide behind the isle. It’s Lowe’s for me from here on out!

store is clean and items are stock up. A shout out to the cashier and John who assisted me in completing the purchase of merchandise and load up the items onto my truck.

What a wonder shopping experience I just had! This location always is on top of the safety and cleanliness of the store as well as the happiness of the customers. You definitely don’t have to worry about COVID guideline here because this store makes a very good effort to keep shopping safe and pleasant for customers while staying apart and wearing masks. Stephanie is the most wonderful employee. She really goes the extra mile to make your shopping experience great!

Durning the past year the country has gone through some very difficult times. This store leadership and team members have continued to be great. Going above and beyond. Everybody has a bad day! However in the past few months these people have been great! Setup your PRO account shop from home and go pick it or have it delivered.

Never coming back to this store the assistant manager was rude and so were the cashiers. I buy at home depot for remodeling purposes and they made me feel like a Thief when I know home depots policy is to let thief walk free. To treat me less than a thief buy checking my receipt was offensive shame on this store TULALIP Store #4726. Never coming here again, will stick to my regular one at snohomish.

This Home Depot location has really turned around in the last year or so. Everyone we encounter is helpful, happy and efficient. Employees are knowedgeable about the products and sources the products come from. It was a pleasure to do business at this store. We found what we needed and were quickly through the check out line and the store was very busy.

Your staff are easy to find and usually very knowledgeable unlike other big box stores.
