Been shopping here for years and I’ve always been able to get what I need. When inconveniences arose they helped me solve them and offer advice.

Not sure who prices there plumbing and electrical components but it appears they have a price wheel and just spin it. No rime or reasoning behind some of the items prices, it’s What ever they can ring out of there suckers (I mean customers) Now I buy a lot on line instead of going to their stores.

Great lot person loaded 12 big bags of mulch in my car and was extremely nice. Dave I think was his name. The customer service cashier was equally nice. Tool section women employee helped me find exactly what I needed

Each area I was in (paint, lighting and garden) people were able to help me find exactly what I was needing!

Mark, in flooring, exceeded all expectations in helping me make my carpet buying experience as painless as possible. Most strongly recommend you look him up when you need flooring

I bought this $3,000 refrigerator and it did not work. The store was not helpful and would not return the refrigerator. I had to go through Samsung. This refrigerator was brand new and never worked from the day it was delivered.

I frequently shop there and have never had a negative experience I always find what I need and extras that I may or may not need lol

I made an online purchase and needed help with delivery. I called customer assistance and spoke to Cindy. She teamed up with her associate Katy and made it right. They both went beyond what was expected and I received my order the next day! Very happy customer, Thank you.

I stopped by the Tulalip location to buy some texture and a sanding bar. I was promptly greeting by a gal named Katy and she was such a hoot. She knew right where everything I needed was located and she was just such a ray of sunshine. Saying hello and good morning to each coworker/employee she encountered and you could tell she was genuinly happy to see them. Its too often that people walk right past eachother without acknowledging existence and I think Katy makes a difference in that. I got more than I was bargaining for in my shopping experience. Katy showed superior customer service and it was extremely humbling to see the way that she interected with her peers.

I've ordered doors and windows several times, andfound the process easy, and the staff very helpful.

This store had a better inventory than others in Washington. Carly helped me with a complicated return and made it seem so easy. I will honestly come to this store more often because of her. Way better customer service than I’ve experienced in other stores.

I have worked with Home Depot on over thousands of dollars of projects. I am just a home owner, not a contractor, We have done windows, fences, porches, through Home Depot. And now a new fence. I have peace of mind with Home Depot backing all the work.

I really enjoy shopping here, I feel welcomed by the employees. And was offered help, but after declining the help I was given space to shop. I don't go to other home improvement stores because you can't have any space to shop. When I need help I don't mind asking. Home Depot is a great place to shop.

Clean store that often is well stocked.
