When I use this location, it is ALWAYS a positive shopping experience. I have yet to encounter a negative employee or have a negative shopping experience. All of the employees are very helpful and courteous.

The two gentlemen who helped me, Frankie & Louie, went above and beyond to help me with my big order. I even think Frankie was due to clock out during my order but he stayed until it was finished. I can't thank these guys enough.

Best Christmas Tree purchasing experience ever. Great selection of healthy trees, priced quite reasonably. Two very nice employees had our tree trunk trimmed, netted the large tree and had it secured on top of my small Honda in under fifteen minutes. Top service & quality.

This store location is always clean and beautiful and the associates are always ready to help. its literally my favorite place to go

This store has fantastic employee support to customers who are in need of assistance and are not sure what they need. Every time I go in there they come up and ask if I need help. I thought at first it was a negative gesture because I'm always in work clothes that appear haggard and well worn like a homeless guy or someone they have to watch ! But realized the other day it is just how they support customer's needs. They have assisted me in some complex situations with creativity and resolve of issues. I appreciate this stores assistance!

Your associates are very helpful and are genuinely happy to assist. They don’t walk away as you approach them like other places do. Thank you all and especially the cashiers. You are the last associates I encounter as I leave the store and your cheery disposition makes me want to come back and contribute to making this store successful even if it’s only $10-$50.00 at a time. Well done!

There is bright young lady who is on the front end her name is Pattie she is very helpful and very knowledgeable about Home Depot and all of there services

Would not recommend this store. Self-Check out. Give me a break! I want someone to talk to and talk about what I am buying and make sure I get my purchases in my shopping cart after paying for them. Employees talking and not helping. Left store with out all my purchases.

I have shopped this store for years, I use to love going there. Recently, I've began to notice the change over to self-checkout. I wonder how many jobs are lost due to this change. I cannot agree to the change and I will stand in line to wait for a cashier, for quit some time sometimes, before I will adapt to using self-checkout. Today, I stood next to the self-checkout waiting the cashier to ring up my order. It's not because I don't know how to use them, I was forced to use it a couple times simply because there were no cashiers on duty. Jobs, especially entry level jobs are crucial and Home Depot is cost saving at the expense of these workers.

Great service by Gabriel. I came in right before closing and asked him to make several cuts from a sheet of plywood. He was a pro from start to finish. Thanks again Gabriel

I especially like this store because they have a good group of women employees who go out of their way to offer to help you find or select an item. The men on the other hand avoid helping and run the other way. Thank you, Home Depot

Employee Dustin guided me to a great savings deal on landscaping equipment, running a small self employed trade involves frustration ups and downs , for him to help me find this deal on equipment is a blessing and shows how proffessional employee was no matter how his day was going he went out of his way to help.thank you.

The Oracle Rd store across from the Tucson Mall has the good fortune of employees who were all willing to approach me and ask if I needed help. Some of the other Home Depots are a little more difficult to find help.

If Home Depot is not going to trust African Americans when they use a self-service checkout, then post it. After use self-service today and on my way out the door, I was asked for my receipt. Nobody else was asked for theirs. I had to wait there by the doors to help me load items onto my truck, and for the entire time I was there, NOBODY ELSE was asked for their receipt. It does not reflect on the rude lady but rather on Home Depot because you train your workers.

Johnny in spite of being off work stopped to help me find the items I needed. He was not wearing his Home Depot badge/apron so I did not know he was employee at first. Very kind to take his tone off to help! Johnny Rocks!!

I accidentally left my iPad in the HD shopping cart IN THE PARKING LOT. Fortunately for me Dana, the cashier in the garden dept, found it in the cart and brought it into customer service desk. I called the store in a panic about 30 minutes later hoping i could just get someone to go out in the lot and try to retrieve it (my "find my phone" app showed it was still at Home Depot ) but was told by Tyler to relax that it was already in the store for me to pick up. Thank you Dana for your incredible honesty.

Love this place. They tend to have more employees on duty than their competitors. Great selection that other stores do not carry.

Tried to return some cordless power tools and susan day manager would not return or exchange them. The box had been opened and was missing a power screwdriver and battery pack. I was furious! Worst service ever! Had to dispute with corporate office. Then found items I bought on sale for $100 less than I paid... I spend thousands of dollars here and get treated like this..... unbelievable.
