I came in after buying a new house and the employee I met spent two hours with me as I filled shopping carts with items. She was great. This place is clean and well run.

Employees here were very helpful and I could find things that I needed fast and efficiently.

There should be more Pro Customer parking areas (wide ones) clearly marked for customers

3 roads can be used to get into Home Depot parking area. Full store with varied products. Helpful, courteous, and professional staff. Even though the store has a lot of products, the hallways are clean and without obstructions.

Dave, in Lumber, and Keely, in checkout, are two examples of employees providing stellar customer service. They are both friendly and helpful and go out of their way to ensure one has a good experience and one gets what one needs. They compensate for some of the other (young) employees who appear uninterested in their jobs, avoid one's gaze when one approaches for help, don't know about the materials they are selling or are downright grumpy. Because of Dave and Keely I continue to shop at Home Depot instead of elsewhere.

Very helpful gentlemen that assisted with a foam board picture frame cutout that l purchased for my god daughters birthday party she Is turning 3 his name was Scott worked in the lumberjack section and was very polite also all the employees I encountered were very helpful and polite as well excellent customer service!!

Everyone exceeded to help me find the items I needed and to get in and out with no hassle

I would not go anywhere else good people, clean environment, and always has what I came in for on rare occasions when they didn't have what I went to store for, then they had no problem ordering the item for me....

This store has gone to the dump! Missing parts on shelves. Unwillingness to get parts down form back stock. Smart alex comments.

Store was very crowded. Service in flooring was difficult to obtain. Many employees were not wearing masks nor practicing social distancing. I did not feel SAFE inside the store.

Clean store, great selection and service. No complaints, highly satisfied!

I've been the many Home depots over the years and this has been one of the better ones

During my visit to this store, I encountered several different associates that were all incredibly helpful and friendly while doing so. I was approached with an offer to help from two different associates without having to ask. This store is great!

Received excellent customer service. All products in the paint dept were available. All employees we encountered at this location were friendly and each one offered assistance throughout the store

Of the many times I've needed something at a home depot, the guys at #0414 never failed to find me what I needed with both speed and acumen. From mixing paint to a fairly unreasonable amount of woodcutting to specific screws, to a final, very fast checkout. I have no doubt in my mind that the employees at this store are hard workers who know what they're talking about.

This HD is not practicing safe measures for coronavirus protection. All posted "stay 6' away" were ignored by most of the workers. And less than half of the workers wore masks.

Freddy in the paint department was extremely rude!

Our sales associate was FANTASTIC!! I learned the hard way I cannot mention her name in this review, but she is an outstanding Appliance Specialist and she spent quite a bit of time with us to ensure we were very-well informed of our various appliance options. She helped us select the best options for our needs and preferences. Our Appliance Specialist was definitely the most significant factor in our decision to purchase our appliances at Home Depot.

I have been a customer of this branch for many years. I know several of the cashiers. They always greet me and say hello. This store has a familiar friendly type atmosphere that I like. I make lots of toys to give away and the cull section is one of my favorite stops. Whenever I have needed special knowledge I was always able to find someone who would help and offer suggestions, I like that. The store is always clean and orderly, there is always someone picking up debris or just traffic dust. There are always cashier attendants who will steer you to a waiting cashier. I really don't have any real complaints. I can offer very little in the way of improvements. Thank you, Matt

The personnel to help me out was very friendly but had no knowledge of whatsoever I was looking for the second person came up same thing no knowledge no one available I just get so tired of going to the same store and hearing the same story and seeing the same problem that's the last time I'll visit that home Depot I think I'll just go across the street to another company by the way I did find what I needed there in the first place I should say second place

I had a very difficult sale but Theo in appliances was patient and really helped me out. He answered all of my questions and we work together to a good solution

Had the pleasure of working with Andrea in appliances who was very helpful and pleasant to work with and when she saw that I had called she actually RETURNED MY PHONE CALL!! Overall one of the best customer service experiences I have had in years.
