When I come to the store, I feel like I have entered Santa's Workshop: the place to have the right items and tools to build that project and see the ideas come to fruition. Keep on building. You are doing a great job. I just bought florescent light bulbs for my kitchen. There was a great variety, but staff helped me find exactly what I needed. I will be shopping there again.

Experience is good just didn’t like that fact that I have to buy a bathroom item just for 1 part.

Love the plants at Home Depot

I went to purchase an out door shed, and the customer service was horrible. The 2 workers who did interact with me, by there own admission, could not answer my questions. When I asked to talk to the manager I was told that he does not come out side, which is where the sheds are located. As I was waiting for someone, another customer was also looking at the sheds and waiting for service, she ultimately left with out making the purchase. This location has very horrible customers service and ultimately lost out on thousands of dollars today alone at the expense of their lack of knowledge, customer service and no manager interaction.

I like to recognize very good customer service. Efrain was extremely professional and polite. He really stands out and he should be given some recognition for his work. It’s very rare getting a staff person with good customer service skills.

The store have some good customer service but the plumbing area needs more organizing and cleaning. Other than that it’s a place I will still go to for any of my home or work projects.

So happy with my new flooring purchase, I had great experience with flooring specialist (Sasha) on selecting & processing proper flooring for my need. She is very knowledgeable in flooring field and provided great information and explanation.

The store staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable about products. They are helpful and a willing to go the extra step to ensure that customers have a great experience. Carts were adequately stocked in the appropriate area instead of being strewn about the parking lot.

I was given a hard time returning a plant that is only 2 weeks old when i bought, has the name home depot and all the stickers in it. I just wanted it to be exchanged and I was told I cannot exchange since I do not have a receipt. The Manager in the return department told me that she cant do this because she has to see the receipt. In the lumber department, I was helped by Andra H, Sandra K, and Mariah M to resolve my issue with cutting a lumber. I was told by one of the employee I cannot cut the 70% off lumber because its already discounted and told me its the policy. I have been going to this home depot for more than 3 years and I was get lumbers cut so as the 70% off lumber but the employee who talked to me was rude enough to say that " I am already getting a 70% off so why ask to get it cut". The worker is pretty rude and told me to "go find someone else to help me which they should not".

What I love the most about this store is that the people working there are HONEST. If the person does not know the answer to the question you have, they will find another employee who does. They don't let their ego get in the way and are super friendly.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS STORE??? This use to be one of the best stores but recently they have hired employees who not only are rude and have no friendly customer service skills but they also lack MAJOR knowledge of what’s in their store whether it’s inventory or on the floor. Recently I went to this store to purchase a Husky Tool Chest as a Father’s Day gift for my dad. I made to sure to call to see if they had this product in stock and was told they have 7. So instead of placing an online order I figured I can go and purchase it from there. I walked to the told chest aisle looked around and saw no one then I saw an employee I walked up to him and he was on his phone I asked for help he said someone will be with you soon. I waited a female employee came by and said they only had the two dented tool chest that were on the floor and they didn’t have any in the back. I was no happy with this lazy service and lie. I happened to see another employee who happened to be an assistant manager named Caitlynn. She was so amazing she not only showed us where’d the brand new chest was on the pallet but also walked us to customer service and made sure we were taken care of from ordering the items to payment. On Father’s Day I get a call from Home Depot and some 18-19 year old kid calls and says “we have a dented floor model in stock would you like that or do you want a new one,” I was confused about why someone would even call to offer me such options. He mentioned he was “ticketing” my order and when I told him I wanted a brand new one he said “okay I will make a note of this.” The day of delivery I get a call from the driver saying “ Hi are you sure you wanted a dented tools chest? Because they told me to go ahead and take this one to the customers house and see what they say,” I was both shocked and disappointed at this kind of service from Home Depot. I told the delivery guy no I wanted a brand new one. I then called the store and after talking to rude customer service employee I was transferred to Mario the store manager. I told him the incident and thankfully he was helpfully friendly and made sure I received my product. He called and had an associate bring my product within an hour to my house and to ensure nothing was damaged inside they even opened the product infront of me.

This Truxel Home Depot is always very helpful and considerate when we ask for help. Sometimes we don't even have to ask, we see they are available for us if needed. Always clean and neat. One person specifically, this morning, Friday, June 5, 2020, was Alisha, who answered my call about buying plants on the Internet. It is not possible, but she, without hesitation, offered to get the two plant I wanted and have them waiting for me at Customer Service. She was right there when I arrived and quickly rang my order up along with the soil I needed and even carried it out to my car. Wow!! She was very understanding and gave me special attention to make me feel safe in this present health situation.

only recommending this store because jessica at the return desk went above and beyond to get me what i was asking for, had a bad experience with 3 other employees before i went down to the return desk and spoke with her. she got what i needed and helped me get on with my day. thank you jessica for your help much appreciated

Used curbside pickup service during pandemic and none of the employees were wearing face masks. I interacted with 3 employees who came right up to my driver side window without masks on (and not maintaining a safe distance). Home Depot should be working to help keep shoppers safe during this situation with COVID-19.

I have always had friendly greetings and helpful responses from this HD staff. Even during this crazy shelter-in-place time, when I have seen the strain of stress on the faces of some of them, they have still maintained courtesy and friendliness.

During my visit to the store today I waited approximately 30 minutes for help in the plumbing department where Dave helped me with threading some pipe he was very kind and made quick work of my request but obviously very overworked at this time. When I got to the checkout I waited in line got to the cashier who told me politely to go around to the cashier next to her who then said it would be a minute in an extremely rude tone of voice. I felt as if I was burdening her by being in line she then proceeded to tell me again that it would be a minute I asked politely if I should step back into another line and she said sir you need to calm down. Then a plane closed person and security guard him I’m assuming was a leader or manager proceeded to tell me to calm down as well. Being that I was In work uniform I did not respond with what came to mind first. I politely walked away to the self check stand and checked out. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had at any retail store. I am in a high stress customer facing Job as well and if I ever talked to a customer like this I would be fired.

I apologize, i used the wrong receipt regarding my complaint. It should have been 6966, the Howe Ave store where I had the paint issue. I traveled to the Truxel store to get it done correctly and the C/S rep pointed out the mistake the young man at Howe Ave made. And it was this, he used the wrong base to match my paint. The original base was 7400, he grabbed 7450 which made the tint clearly lighter. I would have overlooked the mistake, but he and the a Asst. Manager, CHOSE to blame me and basically encourage me to leave it alone. Been painting for a moment, paint on the average will last 10 or more years depending on where you store it. I dropped the entire gallon on the floor when I saw the shade, paint everywhere...Second time I have made two of the three managers there aware, they should use "Heather" at store 6966, as their example, and let her train the young people. I will continue to patron the store but would appreciate if you address the issue. Thanks ER
