"Woody" in electrical was rude hostile and incompetent ...Did not know what is an "arc ground fault circuit breaker" and mocked me when I attempted to explain. Woody needs to be terminated.

I was at another store which were out of stock of the pressure washer I waned they stated that Sacramento store shows 4. I drove 40 miles to the store. Come to find out this store was out too. RJ the night shift manager was extremely helpful trying to locate them. He heard my story and went above and beyond to assist me. He sold me a better pressure washer and gave me a discount for my inconvenience. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you RJ

I only come to this store because I'm working close to it otherwise I WOULD NEVER step foot in there. They have the rudest, inconsiderate, jerks of any Home Depot I've ever been in!! UNREAL

Dude Carlos was super helpful and knowledgeable. Dude works in the tool area. Id probably come back to this HD on the fact alone that he went above and beyond to get my situation figured out as opposed to the one no joke less than a mile away. Dude shows great concern for customer expectations. He works hard to meet and exceed those expectations, no matter how challenging our situation was and the registers glitching.Carlos you’re the shizneit bro!!! Keep it up!

Item confirmed to be in this, Natomas, location could not be found. Online it said to ask an associate, he said it does not have a designated place. I asked for help finding it he said it might be on a pallet up top or in the back room, but refused to look, I asked for a manager, after he called her he said she doesn't know any more than he does. I asked to speak with that manager and he, the associate that was "helping me", told me I can go to customer service and ask for a manager there. Home Depot seems to not care about customer service at all.

Leo from paint department was such a helpful guy. He helped me and few other customers with such a smile and positivity. I hope he gets appreciated at his job since he is great!

I've always been able to find whatever it is I want or need and have always received excellent service at the Truxel (The Market Place) store in Sacramento, CA

This might be a bias review since the Truxel Home Depot is like 5 minutes away but I feel like the customer service and the availability of products out weighs other home improvement stores in the area. Would recommend this Home Depot to other people.

I came to the Truxel Rd. store to return 3 toilets. Someone in the parking lot collecting carts offered help unloading the toilets from my vehicle. Jaziel in returns was super friendly and very helpful! As I was walking around, someone asked if I needed any assistance. During my checkout process, the cashier was also very friendly. I will definitely be coming back to this Home Depot location.

All associates I came across were very helpful. 2 particular associates stood out above the others, Rudi in garden and Naya a cashier at the returns desk area. Naya helped me try and get assistance in garden. Rudi came to answer her call. The checkout experience with Naya was friendly, professional, funny, and informative. The garden/loading experience with Rudi was informative, friendly, professional, easy going, and what I needed. I was able to leave with the Bark I came for happily. Cheers.

I called to see if they had a 60” bathroom vanity, David Duncan checked the inventory while I was on the phone. Pulled and loaded the item on the cart, was waiting for me in the center isle with the vanity and greeted me. Took it to the cashier and waited with me until the cashier was ready and a loader was ready to take the cart out to the truck. Was pleased to help and thanked me for coming to the store. Cashier was friendly and efficient, loader was also friendly and efficient and loaded the item the way I asked.

I have always had wonderful employees help me. They were there through my whole bathroom project and they were amazing. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, and took care of me if I had any issues.

Manager Sally did a great job taking care of a service issue I had with another employee. She was very understanding, polite, and professional. Excellent service.

We bought a bundle of six LG appliances and the promotions and interest free financing were fantastic! But most importantly was Rachael Krishna, the Home Depot associate that assisted us! She works in the custom countertop, cabinet and appliance section so go see her at the Truxel Road store Sacramento CA for anything you need to purchase and she's got you! A+++++ customer service and an EXTREME amount of knowledge. Home Depot should be PROUD to have her on their team!! Thanks Rachael!!!

We went to purchase a fridge and a washer/dryer. John in appliance was fantastic. Very knowledge, friendly and easy to work with. If you are looking for appliances at this Home Depot, ask for John.

This guy Jeremy working up front at self check out is an absolute stud I’m so happy with the service that he provided me and also all other employees very friendly work atmosphere this is probably my favorite Home Depot if I win the sweepstakes I’m buying Jeremy a new car and all employees a pizza party every Thursday

HOME DEPOT Natomas Branch is very convenient to the freeway. They have all the materials needed for home improvement. RICHARD is an employee in the flooring section that works very hard and helps you find the necessary materials or small details you'll need. Great atmosphere and clean environment!!!

The people that work at the store are above and beyond knowledgeable about the products that they sell inside of the store. Not only that they are also so helpful with every question I have. If I ever ran into someone who didn’t have an answer they always make sure to find someone who did. That is top-notch customer service and I will recommend this to everyone who’s asking.
