I go to lots of Home Depots as I have properties all over Ocean County. this Home Depot is run the best of all. Sandy in plumbing is very knowledgeable and clearly explains products, always recommending the correct item for the job with accuracy and confidence. she never equivocates as she knows plumbing and her certainty/confidence makes me feel better about doing my project. Diane and Dawn are the go to cashiers, always courteous, thorough, professional and FAST, which I like. Frank in electrical always has the answer for your situation. Alan is always scouting the lot to see whom he can help. A model Home Depot.

Mary in the kitchen department was great. She was very helpful and kind, our kids loved her. She was patient and assisted us in picking out our counters and sink. Mary was the reason our visit went so well.

Moved from up North. The home depot up north was just OK. This Home Depot is fantastic. I have been there many times and will not go to any other store for needed items. Every person that I have talked to in the store had the answer. Or if they did not know the answer they found the answer for me. They even walked me down to where the product was. This should be Home Depots Model Store.

Tom was great and very knowledgeable when it came to picking out an appliance.

shop this store almost daily. have shopped many other HD of which all are mostly nice. I guess because I shop this store so frequent, I am very familiar where everything making much easier to find what I need. I believe all stores should be laid out the same so when you visit another store which I do quite frequently, it is easier to find what you're looking for.

The associates at this store are so knowledgeable, friendly and eager to assist always. Especially Frank, Rocco and Sky in flooring.

As much as I like shopping at the Toms River Home Depot, selections of "how to" books and different magazines are no longer available at this Home Depot. I don't know if other Home Depots have these type of books. Also, many items are made in China and are inferior quality. The Home Depot buyers, in general, should purchase better quality materials that are not made in China!

Well stocked, significant number of associates present, checkout friendly. Always find what I want.

The phone service can use some improvement. After 6om., it is difficult to get a person to answer the call and then transfer me to an employee in the department I am interested in. Secondly, when I am in person in the store, in the evening, it is very difficult to find help with floor employees, due to insufficient quantities of employees. I do not like walking throughout the entire store looking for an orange apron. This store wasn't like this 7 years ago.

The Toms River, NJ store has almost everything you want for your home and garden. There is ALWAYS someone to assist you in finding what you want and also to explain what product may be best for you to buy. The employees are experienced and courteous. The store is well arranged and easy to access. It is always kept clean and orderly. I thoroughly enjoy my shopping experiences at this store.

Thanks to "Lauren" for making my shopping experience simple .. although I did not receive a credit card at this time. I believe I had a Home Depot card gone missing

After having some trouble at another location, your store associates LORI and KHLOE were beyond amazing! They helped my visit to this store be seamless, they truly were friendly and helpful.

This store is definetly well run with employees willing to help. One major caution..... Don't park near the doors at all. Problem is too many nails on the ground in the parking lot.

Recently had a great experience with Windows at toms river store, the guy was a great help. However, they need to hire better subcontractors. They did my kitchen three years ago, lot of mistakes, and now the nails are popping up! Bought a washer, the delivery guy s brought wrong tools for hook up, made several appointments, either not showing up for appointment, or kept rescheduling, after at least a couple weeks of nonsense, I returned the dryer. I was told by the Toms River Manager, that they are the only game in town.WRONG ANSWER
