I knew from checking online prior to going to the store, that the stove in the appliances department had to be special ordered because of the color. I had already printed the model and information I needed. The sales women in the appliances department were very helpful from the time I sat down. They set up my new Home Depot credit card, verified my order, applied the discount and scheduled the installation and delivery. They made it very easy and were all very helpful.

Could be cleaner, turn lights on in garden center and don't block isles with displays especially when display extends into isle. Cashier was great separated flower and vegetable seeds into separate bags. Friendly

your employees in the store are very helpful in looking for items and suggestions on the products to use

Jana in Lumber, she was of great help, very professional, kind and courteous. she had made suggestions and pre cut all my lumber. very pleasant to work with. the woman is worth her weight in gold in my opinion.

I was a doing a tub to shower conversion. While you had many doors on your site, there was certainly room in the store to accommodate many more door options and I would have liked to been able to select different glass designs, but I am very happy with the "Rain" 60" doors which were the only ones available on my second trip. The incorrect 48" I had originally purchased had a frosted fleur-de-lis design which was quite attractive, but I am happy with my second choice. On the floor you only have 2 at 48" and one at 60" leaving the next customer no 60" in-store selection..

Tammy in appliances is definitely a great employee. Not sure if I had any bad experiences in this store. Everyone from the power tool section are always very helpful as well.

The store is well managed, employees can always be seen helping others, stocking shelves, carts and or cleaning. Never do you see employees talking and or laughing amongst themselves. The parking Lot is always neat clean and provides a a safe well lit parking area,

I like Forked River store but not as close at Toms River store.

First and foremost, the store is absolutely filthy. Everything you touch is dirty. Stock is scattered all over the store in no particular order. Very hard to find anything. Constantly out of stock on items. Online shows dozens of a certain item in stock at this store yet not one employee could locate the item. Several employees were extremely rude for no reason. Parking lot is a disaster. I will never shop in this Home Depot again.

Amanda in Customer Service helped me to resolve an ongoing issue with an order of placed at another location. I was able to have my item picked up the following day. She was very understanding.

There are several stores near my home and I always go online to see if the product I want is in stock. I usually prefer the store in Lacey where I live but the home depot site indicated that the the nearest store with in-stock items was in Toms River. Since the Home Depot stores are well organized it is easy to find what I need in any location.

The aisles are overloaded with product. It is therefore too narrow. It took too long ( >20min) to find a helpful customer to help me load a bag of general multiple use pebbles into my cart. There was no employee in the area. No one At the registers offered to find assistance to load it into my car. I’m too old for weight training.

During this time I received more attention at this location then I have in many other Home Depots over the decades. I was only buying a leaf blower and I was blown away by everyone's upbeat attitude and I also came away with extra knowledge of the Ryobi brand I was purchasing! The cashier was so helpful when my coupon wasn't going through....amazing! At one point when I was involved in home renovations on a contracting level, I dreaded going to any Home Depot.

This Home Depot is great! Employee's really go out of there way to help!!! Especially in Plumbing....Sandy helped me on 3 different occasions! She really knows her stock!!!!!! Extremely helpful, great suggestions and a true problem solver!!!!

This Store has always been my go to lately when it comes to Customer Service ,ease of shopping and helpful team members. The Store is clean ,offers more choices and is usually cheaper than your competition.

Excellent running operation of this store. Employees on alert for any customer concern. I compare to other " type store"...big difference. Management, education of employees, safety maintenance, customer service, etc should receive and be recognized, for excellence in the field .

Convenient, reliable, and customer friendly, definitely recommend this store :)

The store and the parking lot is well lit. The parking lot is big enough so that you don't need to park to close to the trucking route. (they drop nails) Inside isles are clear for fast travel, and inventory is well displayed. BEST Employees are well taken care of by management. A customer can tell because employees care about their jobs and about their customers. Employees will tell you I am helping you but this is not my area of expertise: or you will know this IS their area of expertise and this is what you need to buy. (they do not over sell)

I wrote a review about my visit 1st salesmen not helpful 2nd Ed from lumber very helpful bought the Toro lawn mower and then came back and bought a Ryobi weed trimmer because of his expertise and sales men ship.

Customer service that was direct was excellent! Need more organization with curbside. Should not take a half an hour to pick up a phone call.

ERV in the paint department is awesome! He is knowledgeable, patient and kind! Took the time to help me get the right product even under the current circumstances. Thank you Erv!
