Of all the Home Depots in the Eastern part of MA that I have been in, and that has been quite a few, I would recommend the Taunton store on County St. It is by far the cleanest, most organized, nicest and most helpful store of the bunch. The manager must be nice, everyone who works there is friendly and fun and are joking with other. No bad attitudes, they honestly want to help you! In my opinion the best of the bunch is Dana in plumbing, he knows about EVERYTHING and is the most helpful, nicest and patient person. I shouldn't tell you that, now I won't be able find him, everyone will be asking for him!! Trust me go to Taunton if you need to do home repair or for your construction needs!!

The cashier had no idea where products in the store were located, could not read the sku number (which was written very clearly by the guy in Lumber - who was the only positive part of the experience), had no idea how to work the computer (she had to have two different employees help her - one to read her the sku number and the other to work the computer), she was overall completely untrained for her job, and then had the nerve to insult my phone/wallet case when we went to pay.

The store was very clean and organized and the paint depatment employee and cashier went out of their way to help me!

I was interested in purchasing an outdoor solar lamp. As I looked through the many products I had questions so I went out to the main aisle of the store and asked for assistance. The woman associate was very friendly and walked me back to the Lighting Dept. She answered some of my questions and to confirm her knowledge she opened the carton to get further information and details. She made the experience a very pleasant one. To my knowledge, the store was very clean.

Melissa is the only employee I found today to be extremely happy, friendly, and HELPFUL when people in their own department had no clue. She went out of her way to help and found what I needed. Such a great person

Customer service non-existent. Don't pay employees enough to have hearing aids, or they legitimately don't give a crap to help. Better off anywhere else.
