I want to tell you that Diana N. was so very helpful by asking me to open a Home Depot card which I was able to save $25 on my purchase on 10/2/09 at the store in Taunton, Ma.

We find everything for any project at this store.

The store always is clean and in order. It is the employees who make a store what it is. The Taunton workers are always wanting to help. They are friendly. They are knowledgeable and if they don't know where something is, they immediately get the info from fellow employees. They all seem to really enjoy working at this Home Depot!

THD has gotten a bit too big for their britches. Seems they are now overpricing several items based on season!. Not always can you get the help you need, Some employees gather in personal talk rather than assist the paying customer. The Garden dept. is horrid. Most of the Perennials are old, dying or dead... The greeter however is consistent, always friendly.. The cashiers are also professional. Management, not so much!. The experience varies based on the crew we are forced to deal with at the time of shopping. I frequent this location because of it's conveniently being 5 minutes from my home, but I feel I am being forced to endure Poor behavior in order to save travel time on any given project. They were so much better a few years back.. I look forward to it IMPROVING more than just MY HOME!.

This store is a disaster, it’s a maze throughout the lumber area, little help and just frustrating. I’m going to go to Lowe’s herein out.

My first time in this Home Depot, I found it to be clean, organized, well stocked. Although I did not personally need assistance from employees, there certainly was numerous to be found on the floor, all of whom acknowledged my presence with a 'hi' and a smile (thus leading me to believe that if I needed assistance it would have been easy to obtain).

Found what we were looking to purchase. Great customer service. Easy to shop.

Went to the store to process a refund for a merchandise that was to small for my needs and there was and employee named Candace that answered all my questions in a really friendly manner and processed my refund in a jiffy.

Customer service was very knowledgeable and help me retrieve my special orders I placed. Melissa cashier was very nice and had me fill out a Home Depot card.

Good place to get what you need for your house. Make sure to check receipt. Didn’t get a discount that I should of. Otherwise a great experience.

Could not get help At service was told not their department. Two employees just stood at desk. I needed help to take box off shelf. 8 ft from where they were. At one time there were 4 employees there and no help. Finally garden employee helped with box. He couldn’t believe they made me wait. Then went to cash out. Ask for help load into truck Went outside and no one came out another customer helped me. Will not be back
