This HD store is very handy for my shopping needs and has a very friendly and helpful staff.

We've only visited this store once because we needed to pick up a certain light fixture that only they had in stock. We asked for it to be put on hold until Saturday and were told it was, but it wasn't. Kaleb went above and beyond to get the fixtures for us including rearranging some things for another customer.

Always great service clean store and usually well stocked with supplies needed!

I got a flat tire on New Years Day and my car was disabled in the store parking lot. I had to wait ~3 hrs for roadside assistance. While I waited inside to keep warm, the the team members at customer service were very kind to me. Kaleb got me a chair to sit on and offered to help if roadside assistance did not show. Teresa kept checking in on me and asked if I needed any water or food. Kami struck up some friendly conversation to help pass the time. When roadside assistance finally arrived both Kami and Kaleb checked in on me before leaving for the night. Wonderful people in customer service!

Kaleb from customer service was very helpful and had an amazing attitude and personality. Chris from gardening and Carley also helped me locate, obtain, and package a display item I was looking to purchase as a holiday present. Amazing team and they were all extremely helpful and kind the throughout the entire process!

We worked with Mike Van Zant (Millwork Specialist) and he was awesome! He was very nice to work with. Mike's knowledge helped make our experience with purchasing several doors for our home easy and quick. Thank you Mike for helping us through this process.

Sally in customer service is extremely rude. We spent a lot of money at Home Depot doing a total home remodel due to the fact that Home Depot is a Convey customer (my husband’s company). One of our door handles was defective, and all I wanted was an even exchange (receipt in hand), and she made it a very terrible experience doing the exchange. I will reconsider before I purchase anything from this Home Depot in the future.

All the employees seemed positive and happy. The lady at check out greeted all of us in line and directed us to the next open check out with a smile. I could find items I needed very easily. I enjoyed my visit there looking at the displays that were very festive and nicely set up.

I am thankful every time I walk out of this store that the employees are always so helpful and willing to take the time to share their knowledge... I ask a lot of questions :)

Don't bother renting equipment at the East Bell Road store in Phoenix, use the Tatum Road store. Great customer service.

Tony at the front customer service counter is always great to talk to, even thou your returning something. Tony is always upbeat and friendly. in addition curbside pick up Emmy is a pleasure to have assisted me with my online order, 4 in total including a return. Emmy knocked it of the ball park.

If you are looking for someone with product knowledge in the Paint department, visit this location and ask for Nancy. I believe getting advice from someone who also performs the type of work they are giving advice in, is a plus. Nancy recommended a product that I describe as AMAZING! The product is a paint and varnish stripper, that had it been recommended in the past, I would have been able to complete my projects quicker and actually completed more projects. It is obvious to me, Nancy is not just trying to increase sales, but actually help the customer. What a great idea!

Unquestionablly great for the personal service this particular store provides. I aways have a good experience when I shop at this Home Depot at Tatum and Bell Rd.. When I walked in the door, TONY greeted me with "can I be of help to you?" I said I was looking for a balist for the kitchen fixture. TONY walked me all the way over to the exact place where the balist was, asked for the proper number and handed it to me. Then he asked if I needed additional help. I was looking for a door lock. He took me there found it.and the gal there keyed it for us. Perfect experience.

This is a great store, Clean, helpful, well stocked. It is our go to store for anything we need that they stock. We also order on line and know that the quality of products will be no different than those purchased in person at the store. Friendly, knowledgeable employees willing to help however they can. Five Star!! We also give The Home Depot in Prescott the same review as this store. Fine company.

Everyone we encounter in our visits is outgoing and helpful. You don't find that any more or very rarely. It feels comfortable to shop at this Home Depot.

The Tatum and Bell locations is consistently staffed well, with warm and friendly faces, clean isles, and well stocked. It's VERY rare I come here and they are out of a particular product. Thank you Home Depot for setting the bar so high!!

I have been going to various national lumber stores, frequently referred to as big box stores, for as long as they have existed. This is the one store that I can find someone easily to help me or someone who will find the right person to help me. It seems this store puts an emphasis on customer service before and after the sale.

Sally was amazing at customer service and so sweet. Hard worker love her!

I shopped the garden department. I could not find an associate to help me locate a tree I was looking for. I did purchase four other plants that I'm happy with. Normally many of their plans seem to be dry and in poor condition but these look very healthy. I can't speak on the customer service since no associate approached us to see if we needed help and they were hard to find. In our state there's a mandate that all customer entering stores must wear masks. Two customers walking around the store without masks were clearly not asked to put one on which makes it a little uncomfortable when you're shopping.

I love shopping here at this store staff is always very nice and friendly as well--JO at the register is a very nice lady--Thanks to all

I work for a company that has several stores and if we could hire several employees like Irwin who helped me in your store, than our sales would go through the roof!
