The best shopping experience in my dealing with this store, made possible by KRISTLE at Tatum and Bell store. I really can't say enough nice things about her professionalism, helpful nature, accuracy, communicative. I had a large order to place for pick up in another state, she made sure it all went off precisely. I am so happy and grateful for her help and kindness, she deserves acknowledgement and accolades. KRISTLE IS A SUPERSTAR!!!

For a "Big Box" store, this store has great employees that seem to care about the customer experience. My husband is disabled and two employees specifically took interest in insuring they personally guided us to what we were looking for and helped as needed. Our cashier Barbara was great, funny and made sure we were taken care of.

Nancy in the Paint Department showed superb kindness and customer service after noticing I couldn’t find my phone. She spent 45 mins walking up every aisle calling my phone and let me call my wife who was able to find it by looking at our cameras. I didn’t know it, but Nancy had finished her shift and clocked out BEFORE helping me! Thank you Nancy!

The customer service at the returns/help desk was very helpful in resolving an issue regarding an in-stock blinds issue. Olivia was very courteous took care of the problem in an expedient way. I really appreciated her professionalism.

I rated this store a three and would recommend this store for general purchases. However, on the plumbing side and questions dealing with installation cost I would be prepared to ask a lot of deep questions when discussing installation costs. We were quoted $298 for a Rheem Water Softener and given a phone number for an outsource service (installation) provider Delta Mechanical. When we ask to set up appointment we were given an installation cost of $598 for a $349 water softener. Jaw dropping. Store management and salesman made it right be buyer beware!

Outstanding customer service at this location! The store was well staffed and EVERY employee I passed asked if they could help me. I did need help and Drew helped me get the product that I came in for and did it with a smile on his face and a great attitude. Great shopping experience. I can't say enough good about this location.

I had a particularly complicated order and worked with the amazing employees in customer service to resolve it all. They were helpful every step of the way. Kimia was my primary connect and she was on top of everything; professional, clear, calm, kind, and knowledgeable. Kaleb, Tony, Diane and everyone else that lent a a hand made the tough spots more easeful. It was like we were all on the same team and were working together to get the job done... and this was just to get my order placed! But boy, for a situation that could have easily been frustrating, it felt supportive and easeful. I am so grateful. Thank you!

Many out of stocks and associates not greeting

Although this is not the store that is closest to our home this is "our" store. Always clean, well stocked, helpful employees, great selection, clean restrooms, great plant department.

Great store, They have everything. But if you're looking for something you can't find, Help is readily available.

My favorite store after Costco. Store is fairly clean and organized. When I need help, I do need to find someone.

I have lived in this area for the past 50 years, and this Home Depot is the one that I considered my "home" store. It is the one that I feel the most comfortable in and I prefer Home Depot over other stores in the area. It is easy to find the items I need. When I can't find something - a sales associate is always happy to help me. The store is clean and very well stocked. I love to encounter a friendly associate!

There are many employees ready to help and they are very approachable and don't shy away when they see you coming. Everyone smiles and is ready to work.

Parking lot in the contractor area needs some attention. A lot of debris and nails.

On 27 February I visited your Tatum and Bell location store number 0464 in Phoenix Arizona there was a young man at the cash register by the name of Henry who went above and beyond , to help answer my questions process a return as well as make suggestions for an additional product there in the end worked for me. This Home Depot location does everything they can to ensure you have a good customer experience. Emmy at the customer service desk is a gem, she made phone calls, provided solutions and was efficient while making me feel cared for.
