I always find the employees of this store friendly and helpful. They are doing all they can to accommodate while also keeping the people safe during this pandemic.

The store was clean and Ken in Garden was exceptional with helping us. From crawling on the floor looking for remote controls to electrical, he did it gladly. He helped load our purchase and even offered to help us load it in our vehicle.

Found a couple of the employees helpful, even impressively assisting in finding the areas of the warehouse where the products I was seeking were located. One especially, Larnisha Dortch, was friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and made the shopping experience a real pleasure, above and beyond what most customer service reps. would normally share and assist. Only store in West Omaha that will cut down a 4x8 sheet of plywood to the size you need. Also well stocked store with some pretty good deals Definitely would recommend this location. Robert was knowledgeable about the whole store, very well trained and polite.

I just left the store and was blown away about how fantastic the Associate Robert was at assisting me in trying to find an item in the store that they supposedly had 21 of. When we didn't find it he offered a comparable item and the Ad's price. Great customer service!!!

We went to The Home Depot because they had shelving on sale that we wanted. When we got to the store, an employee directed us to the correct aisle. I had to get one of the orange carts to put the very heavy box of shelving on but I knew I would not be able to get it from the cart into the back of our car. When we paid for the shelving, we asked for help and an employee said "I'll get someone to help you" I then went to my car, drove it up to the door, and there was a young man waiting for us. He hefted that box into the back of the car with little effort. I could not have done it. So the three employees we came in contact with all helped us get what we wanted, and got us on our way.

Considering the pandemic, my experience at The Home Depot was quick and without concern for my safety. The employees I encountered were extremely helpful in meeting my needs.

I moved to my home located near this Home Depot and have been shopping in this store ever since. I have had always had a great experience here and all the employees are helpful. Things I have purchased in the last 10 years Exterior windows - 13 and had them installed Exterior Paint Front entry door Flooring Trees and plants To name a few....

Employees lumber around in front of customers making customers go around them. They look like they are in misery working there. Not a friendly smile in every aisle!

I have always enjoyed shopping in the Home Depot and will continue to do so.

They hire children to play jokes on people in their parking lot at night when they should be working. Some of these children are mentally challenged and should be watched more carefully and when they do something wrong or mischievous like vandalizing cars managers should reprimand them instead of commanding them

I had two very helpful employees help me. Josh did the return for me & was very nice & respectful. Didn't make me feel bad returning merchandise. I had the receipt.

I purchased 5 day express carpet. Home Depot has my money. I do not have the carpet. It has now been 16 days and still no carpet. It took 2 trips to have them measure. No idea if that is correct as I dont have the carpet that has been paid for. I have had to call many times.

The store is clean and the staff was helpful. Marvaline is the best cashier I’ve had to date! She is friendly, doesn’t make you feel rushed, and helped us save money! She’s a gem, I wish there were more people like her in the world!

There is never anyone available in the flooring department to answer any questions. I ask for a estimate on flooring and the flooring clerk he did not have a calculator!!!

Should be a zero, not a one star. Several employees weren't wearing masks properly, and refused to do so when asked to. That makes this store "unclean" and not meeting sanitary conditions. The store associates are also unfriendly to customers who ask them to properly wear face masks (snarky comments). Associate stepped toward me and under 6-foot distance without mask when asked to wear it..... I won't shop here anymore.

I found a large selection of plants to finish a project I am working on at this time. Courteous friendly help.
