this store made shopping a pleasant experience because of the friendly staff, associates that took their time to help and answer my questions. Larnisha (an associate and cashier) was very pleasant, respectful, polite, and serviced with a big smile.

The store was well stocked on items I was looking for

wait 45 minutes to order material, setup time and date to have the material deliver and would not deliver for another 3 days. Called multiple time and was promise that they could deliver the material. On Friday called in and the store manager was not available and they could not find any note regarding the deliver on Friday. Ask to talk to someone else and Gina mention that I could not talk to anyone else and they were sorry for the confusion.

Great store, amazing employees that's where I always go shopping for any home projects.

If you want a positive shopping experience, shop at Home Depot #3203 in Omaha. Employees go out of their way to find what you want in the store, but if they can't find the items in store, they take time to search the Home Depot website to meet customers' needs. Very disappointed with buying a new grill fom home depot..paid for it on April 6 2021 and was told to pick up on the 7th of April at 530pm and they would assemble a new one out of the box..come in the next day and they had the floor model ready 4 pick up...would not refer any home depots' to my worst enemy....

Worst merchandise return experience of my life. I had to provide an ID to return 2 packs of shelf pins ($1.96 ea) with a receipt from the previous day's purchase. Jerry at the Return desk was unable and unwilling to assist me once I refused to provide my id. I was made to feel like a petty criminal. Unacceptable customer service and return policy.

This store shows good attentive services to customers and that’s very helpful. They’ll find any ware or items. And if the worker assisting doesn’t know the item, they’ll contact someone in the right departments who does. Your shopping experiences are made easy and friendly. I rate their courtesy and attendance to customer at 10 stars.

The 2 store associates, Andy and Jacalyn, were super helpful. We had purchased Hampton kitchen cabinets and the corner cabinet was missing the shelves. I had gone to customer service previously and they told me to bring the cabinet back. I informed them it was already on the wall as were the rest of them. They said there was nothing they could do. On this trip, I asked Andy if they had some wide prefinished shelving in stock and told g in why I needed one. He went above and beyond, opening up a new cabinet and giving us the shelves out of it!! He was awesome!! Cashier Jacalyn was very helpful as well!!! They deserve kudos!!!

Don't shop at this store. If you have an item on hold and you pay for it, they will sell it to another customer. I bought an item and needed a truck to pick up the merchandise, went back the next day to pick up my order and the merchandise was sold to another customer.

Very pleased w the help we received from Robert & Kim when looking for a grill. They were so helpful, kind & knowledgeable. They answered all our questions & were a great team working together. Tabby was good at the customer service counter. We will be back to this store.

What a great store! If anyone needs some extra help and a feel-good experience, ask for the Front End Supervisor, CJ Kindschuch. She knows her stuff and is a pleasure to work with! Never feel like you can't find something or don't know "what" it is you need to find! She will figure it out and find it for you! I am actually psyched about how great an experience I had there today!

Fantastic customer service! Especially from CJ & Jeff- the two that helped me find just what I needed for my project. Actually everyone was friendly & pleasant as they directed, & even walked with me, to show me specifically where I could find what I needed.

During a recent remodeling project I have had to visit this store many times to pick up items and return SEVERAL. Tabby at the returns and exchanges desk is always helpful, very efficient and quick, which I appreciate because I usually have a toddler with me.

If you need help with paint, Sami is the one to talk too! She is the best!
