I was greeted with a courteous associate, Bashar, today during checkout. He was working hard to keep the checkout area tidy/moving smoothly, and showed excellent customer care. I appreciate Bashar for asking whether my family/I were assisted during our time at the store. He was very polite and professional. I would return to see employees like this who demonstrate high quality customer service. Thanks!

Is a very clean store and I love shopping there There are very helpful associates at the checkout . A cashier named Lori always does my days shopping there much easier and happy!!!

Excellent customer service! I was helped immediately and this made the purchase of a major appliance very easy and quick. The store was clean and all employees were wearing mask. The employee who helped me (Bryan F.) was very friendly and helpful. He offered to help me without me having to search for anyone and he helped me through the entire process from measuring the appliance to completing the purchase.

Because of two guys, James and Eric, I am on a high for Home Depot #1754. These guys are teachers. They train you on how to find things even thought workers are there. This is great because then you can come to the real workers with your options .They guys explained every step of how I need to maintain my chain saw. And they fixed it. They showed me how to recognize problems and prevent them. James and Eric are the best.The store was very clean.I will come back and buy just to have James and Eric provide a teachable moment.

I gave 5 stars because of loredana. She was helpful and very nice. Looked up items to see if the store had it. 2 other employees were just not friendly. Just a big thank you to loredana. It made my shopping experience better after I dealt with 2 unfriendly employees.

I wrote a review in my survey thanking James in Plumbing for outstanding assistance with portable A/C and part for water heater. I also appreciate Liz at customer desk for quelling my skepticism about the cooling mask thingy and Mike in electrical and paint for actually wearing one which sealed the deal so I bought one. Thanks ladies in gardening for helping with hose manifold.

I remodeled my kitchen and bought my cabinets, countertops, appliances and flooring from this store. I had some issues with my appliance order and the team here really took good care of me. Debbie, Bryan, Sharon and Tevin all provided exceptional service! This store is always clean and even amidst a pandemic, I always feel comfortable shopping here. There is always someone available to help you and they go above and beyond exceptional service.

This store associate friendly and helpful.

This store is very clean and very organized. So far, I have not had an issue with locating or having items run out. The staff is super helpful when I have to improvise on my projects by letting me know what will work and what will not. The Garden Center is gorgeous here. This is where I buy all of my plants. Have been doing it for years and had not had any issues with them.

THE STORE WAS CLEAN, THE EMPLEYEES WERE FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT WHERE ALL PRODUTS ARE. CASHIER WAS FRIENDLY AND KNEW WHAT DISCOUNTS WERE AVAILABLE.

Had a terrible experience at the Hamilton Mill store but Samantha in the paint department at this store was amazing.

The managers and staff of this store have their act together. They went out of their way to replace a missing panel from a shed I bought that was going to take 3 weeks to get from the original manufacturer. Great guys. I will shop here rather than the HD nearest me.

friendly service through out the store

Great place to shop. Had everything we needed and when we had a problem with the pricing and the cashier wouldn’t help us, the head cashier, Clarence, stepped in to correct the issue. Super nice guy. We actually pass two Home Depots to come to this one and because of Clarence, did not leave disappointed.

Thanks for the extra effort to practice social distancing. Keeping the store open is a good thing for home projects and to keep the workers employed.

The products I needed were readily available and the store associate Anita R. Was extremely helpful. Every associate I came in contact with offered their assistance. I really appreciated that.

If they have... maybe no work

I prefer to travel 15 minutes to this location even though there is another only 5 minutes from my house - the associates actually want to help me find what I am looking for. Better than that, they are willing to give me suggestions when I am completely stumped. The cashiers do more than just ring me up and send me on my way. They are friendly and ask about my projects. Pretty great crew at this location for sure
